  1. Only refugees I remember being  on the Shadsworth estate in the mid 90's were fleeing the volcano on Montserrat. They were quite culture shocked when they were placed in houses on the roughest parts and over time improved the properties they lived in 100%. . Although there were a couple of incidents involving the idiot fringes from the estate the majority of people from Shad welcomed them with open arms, helping them out with furnture , clothing etc , which they needed only arriving with the very few possessions they grabbed before the Volcano did its thing.

Was thinking about this the other day, there was a tv programme about the volcano, and was wondering how many stayed in Blackburn as over half the island is still inhabitable .

No, you can't disprove his comments, just like we can't disprove that suicide bombers arrive in heaven to 100 virgins.

Bloody hell as it gone up to 100 , inflation eh!, might have to start packing my backpak

As for Hoddle it's the FA's fault , why appoint a manager with a criminal record to his name, had they never heard Diamond Lights

Spotted a convo on Twitter. Possibly Andy Kennedy in the League Cup at Exeter in 1989.

That would make sense why was listening to it on the radio rather than at the match . The date would make it Terry Gennoe injured? wouldn't it

Just looked on 11 v 11 and no teams listed , but we got beat 3-0 and we won at home 2-1 in the second leg. Fourth division at the time

No footage of the Exeter game but 10 days later

Yes you do. I remember it as well but can’t remember the circumstances.

Home to Ipswich, 87/88 maybe ? and kept a clean sheet .

Might be wrong but at the back of my mind seem to remember listening to a midweek away game on the radio where it happened as well don't think it was Garner , late eighties?

Jay Rod I hope that was an accident you dingle moron. Get well soon Raya, looked a broken nose blood everywhere.

As for the rest - I can’t quite believe we’ve held on. I believe we would’ve won if we’d kept 11 men, the game changed second half. Still though after that - what a point.

Just replayed it , and from the camera angle on ifollow ,goes over the top of raya and looks like a trailing foot , does look accidental
