  1. Trav found that hard going. Let's out a big "fuck me" when greeting JRC at full time. Good valuable minutes under the belt for all involved.
  2. Welcome to big boy footy young man.
  3. I'm not that worked up at the overall performance btw. Just frustrated with the full backs mainly and it's not based just on today but after a few weeks of not watching today brings it all flooding back. Long term gripe, I don't expect us to go toe to toe with Celtic.
  4. John Hartson on co-comms
  5. You would have to explain a hug to Pickering, he's never got close enough to anyone to experience one.
  6. Vale showing glimpses...nice to see.
  7. Glad you acknowledged he is back long enough so fair play. It's not an excuse anymore, there are none.
  8. Brereton touch on that Diaz lad...
  9. I said in the transfer thread left back in was the biggest issue for me and that's in a team that needs alot of work...today hopefully brings to light just how bad we need a decent one because going on with Pickering is asking for trouble.
  10. They are starting to mock Harry now, tricks and nutmegs being pulled out 👍
  11. I take back the "nah" 🤣
  12. I know 🤣 was a joke...think you quoted the wrong chap.
  13. Why is it so easy to get back into and game against us and equally turn it around? Borders on the bizarre.
  14. I'd take Ronnie over Harry at this stage. Can't go through the season with Harry gettin ripped apart on the regular.
  15. Genuinely think he is and that's saying something.
  16. Imagine some defend him and think we are ok with him. Opinions and all that but worrying to think that way when it's obvious he is very bad.
  17. Corner as a result of Pickering skint yet again. Dirt.
  18. Pickering hasn't a clue. Body shape constantly wrong. Not up to it. Pre season or not.
  19. He is..will get a prem move.
  20. Full backs getting exposed already. A clear weakness that needs addressing.
  21. He is a full back, doesn't have to be an aerial powerhouse, most arent. Can you name a few players who has skint him? Any games that spring to mind that backs up that statement? Yes there is room for improvement going forward but he is a championship full back, if he had it all he would be in the Premier League, he is the best we could have imo. Struggle to see us getting in anyone coming in that will be an upgrade. All the Nyambe sceptics hyped Zeefuick up in spite of Ryan and looked how that panned out.
  22. Does he make that many mistakes? Most times I have seen him he is rock solid, obviously there is times where he could do better for certain goals, like every player on the planet, but I don't class him as error prone at all. Let's not fool ourselves JDT had no say in keeping him, the club had already grossly mismanaged the situation.
  23. Wilder is an experienced manager. Maybe he knows it's a smart move to have 2 quality players in as many positions as possible and is planning for injuries, suspensions, cup games, rotation. Add to the fact Ryan can cover centre back, bet if he goes there he plays alot of games. It's called having a plan, imagine that.
