  1. I take back the "nah" 🤣
  2. I know 🤣 was a joke...think you quoted the wrong chap.
  3. Why is it so easy to get back into and game against us and equally turn it around? Borders on the bizarre.
  4. I'd take Ronnie over Harry at this stage. Can't go through the season with Harry gettin ripped apart on the regular.
  5. Genuinely think he is and that's saying something.
  6. Imagine some defend him and think we are ok with him. Opinions and all that but worrying to think that way when it's obvious he is very bad.
  7. Corner as a result of Pickering skint yet again. Dirt.
  8. Pickering hasn't a clue. Body shape constantly wrong. Not up to it. Pre season or not.
  9. He is..will get a prem move.
  10. Full backs getting exposed already. A clear weakness that needs addressing.
  11. He is a full back, doesn't have to be an aerial powerhouse, most arent. Can you name a few players who has skint him? Any games that spring to mind that backs up that statement? Yes there is room for improvement going forward but he is a championship full back, if he had it all he would be in the Premier League, he is the best we could have imo. Struggle to see us getting in anyone coming in that will be an upgrade. All the Nyambe sceptics hyped Zeefuick up in spite of Ryan and looked how that panned out.
  12. Does he make that many mistakes? Most times I have seen him he is rock solid, obviously there is times where he could do better for certain goals, like every player on the planet, but I don't class him as error prone at all. Let's not fool ourselves JDT had no say in keeping him, the club had already grossly mismanaged the situation.
  13. Wilder is an experienced manager. Maybe he knows it's a smart move to have 2 quality players in as many positions as possible and is planning for injuries, suspensions, cup games, rotation. Add to the fact Ryan can cover centre back, bet if he goes there he plays alot of games. It's called having a plan, imagine that.
  14. Nyambe is worth 15-20k a week in my book. Very very good right back. He will be in a promotion winning team or top 6 team in the coming years. We blew it with him.
  15. It is staggering when you think about it the money being spent and available in the Premier League. Regular 50-100mil transfers and wages of 50-400k a week. You go one division down and majority of clubs are looking for freebies and scrambling to cobble together 500k and pay 10-20k a week wages. The gulf is absolutely massive. I get the TV rights and the pandemic etc but you would think it wouldn't be abnormal for championship clubs to regularly spend 5mil on transfer and be able to have a 5-10 players in the squad on 20k. The money seems reflective of non league finances at times. Crazy.
  16. Similar to my post regarding Hourihane yesterday. Watched alot of Clarke and Hendrick. Both are awful these days, struggle to see what Hendrick does well, he has no major attributes, Clarke is just coasting too. No thanks.
  17. As an Irishman and seen plenty of him and watched his whole career, he is not very good. Decent left peg but Haas declined massively the last few years. No loss weather we were interested or not.
  18. Seems to be alot of self convincing going on. Need a few established players in, a few free agents and a few loans. Need to start to get the ball rolling and it's not a case of me being impatient but the clock is ticking. One or two should be arriving this week, they have had long enough.
  19. The squad is paper thin. That is the reality. Back up keeper needed. A right back, 2 centre halves, a left back. 2 centre mids and a striker, possibly two.
  20. Hate? It's purely pointing out a problem area, he is way off it, slower than a wet week. I never suggested getting at LB in at the expense of another area either. Needs to be looked at simultaneously. Just because he is a LB doesn't mean you have to be happy with it. He is not championship level.
  21. Not sure what you class as "ok" but he was skint nearly every game, positionally poor and awful going forward. Needs replacing, done with willing players to be good. He was one of the worst performers last season and showed little promise of improving. He was far from ok in my book.
  22. Have to agree on Sharpe. Seems very poor, nothing personal.
  23. Pickering needs replacing. Any decent manager would see that instantly. Awful signing and a pure liability.
