Maybe they should bring a rule in where each team as to have four home grown players in their squad ... (i'm sure that has been discussed in the pass by FIFA)
-
Just shows what a state British Football, Cricket, Golf, Boxing, Tennis, Motorsport, ect. must be in if a person who rides an horse gets sports personality of the year.
Well done anyway Zara (even though I don't know who you are.)
-
Thought Derbyshire did okay, well he looked a lot better than Nonda anyway.
Gray was terrible today, maybe its not his fault he's losing his pace at his tender age. But Milner beat him with ease on numerous occasions, once he even had to run around Mickey and he still got to the ball first.
Eleven men first half = complete rubbish
Ten men second half = Worked hard and could have got at least a 2-2 out of the game
We are becoming a second-half team.
Oh yeah and some credit must go to Pedersen today who actually did something.

What a crap draw. Thats us probably out.
At least it would give us time to concentrate on the league and UEFA cup.
-
first one for the home kit definately.
I like all three of away ones though. If was pushed i'd have to go for the Black & Red halves.

well afeter watching black grabbi again i think none doh is one the worst ive seen ,i think hes a cross between davies ,grabbi and ashley all rolled into one.
Told ya he'd score ABBEY
No time on the pitch for Gally again today.
-
That's the first comfortabe home victory in ages.
Thought McCarthy was brilliant today. Could have had more than the one he scored. Also thought Bentley did a decent job in the 'Tugay Role' in midifeld.
Also nice to see Derbyshire get a run out near the end.

who is this freak
Grabbi is back!

Cue him to score a hat-trick against Fulham

I've got one, don't play on it much mind you really. Its okay if you do a lot of travelling I suppose can just pull it and play.

Found this from last night's FC Basle & Nancy game:
Good save hey, not bad for a outfield players anyways
The draw was good for us as well. So all his good

Ok peeps this is the move you need to learn to take the mick:-
ARRRRAAAGGGGHHHHH - Has anyone managed to do this yet. Either the above instruction is incorrect (though I have searched through other sites and they all say the same) or I am being a complete divvy.
Some tricks only work if you try it with the best players (the one with better stats in other words).

The new (leaked) Bloc Party album is really good. Not as good as their debut album but istill its brilliant.
-
And according to the experts on Match of the Day, it was a definate penalty, a definate red card and definately not handball.
I must have dreamt it all.
What experts???
-
I'm starting to wonder whether Rovers have struck a deal with Norwegian TV, which states that Formaly Known As has to start and cant be subbed.
Peter for Bentley, amazing, twice now.
To be fair I think we kept Pedersen on because we were lofting the ball down his side of the pitch for him to try and win headers. Which he did on numerous occasions to great effect.
What can i say????
Major decisions seem to be going against us nearly ever game this season.

I was only young when I was at this game. But I still remember Flowers having a brilliant match.
Anybody got that picture of him jumping in the air after the match?
That picture always sticks in my mind.
-
Whenever Gally's come on he's looked dangerous and the team suddenly starts to play better. He should be given s chance soon in the starting line-up especially since we've got a lots of players out injured.
-
Reid, Neill & Emerton are our only players with real 'pace' as such. Although Savage isn't exactly slow.
Its true we are lacking in pace upfront since Bellamy left.
-
I was awful suprised he wasn't on the bench against the Mancs. Yet we had two defenders on for some reason.
-
Dont worry, the other Ronaldo in Spain wont be able to do that. Neill will eat him for breakfast.
That would be one big breakfast
-
I can't bear to watch the highlights on Football First. The commentators are so biased its unbelievable everything United do is followed by the word 'fantastic' or 'brilliant. Yet Rovers always seem to make 'lucky' passes and ''fortunate' interceptions.
And yes Neill did get injured. That explains why he could run in the second half. Why the hell didn't he come off then?
-
Was Lucas injured or just not interested?
Either way he was flippin' terrible along with Mokoena (who can't pass the ball to save his life).
I don't know why all of a sudden we turned to the tactic of hitting long balls all the time, it clearly doesn't work. Don't think Nonda or McCarthy won one header all game. Looking at the positives i thought Oiijer & Tugay both put in good performances.
-
If we signed him we'd have:
Bentley - The New Beckham
Pedersen - The Norwegian Beckham
Beckham - The Real Beckham
Would make for a very creative midfield though if you put Tugay in as well.
-
I directed some Polish guy to Ewood today, maybe he could be a new signing. Didn't look much like a footballer though

I think they'll be more than 11,000 , well just about anyway.
Come On Rovers, I reckon 2-1 (Derbyshire & Pedersen)
