When does JRC's contract expire?
Just before we lose him for nada, I suspect

How did JRC's Mum or Dad lose the 'we arent having Rankin as part of a double barrel with Costello' argument?
Joe Costello is a name befitting his form this season.

They'll be bang up for it and Ainsworth will get them giving their all for the shirt as a minimum. I'm predicting a lot of grit not a lot of quality and a hard to watch 0-0
On another note I wonder what Sunderland fans think of Tony's first death spiral. They probably don't even realise they're in one yet in fairness

Rotherham 2 up now.A win could be huge here with the current scores in the other games
Welcome to Tony Mowbray, Sunderland fans. You'll need to get used to losing games you really shouldn't

PM me for the Blackpool result. The usual fees apply.
Share the love please, it's not exclusive to Mercer losing £££ on football

Back your instinct!
I'm trying not to feel like my instinct is directly linked with him being on the bench

Enough to buy a very decent case of red with the winnings!
Score draw with Dack to score @ 29/1 feels more exciting

Yesterday there were conflicting stories leaked, one said it had gone to arbitration followed later by Sharpe, as above.
I have also read that the EFL declined the re appeal last Friday when Rovers then lawyered up, and presumed this had led to the arbitration avenue which would work for all parties as it's shifts final decision to an independent body.
In short ... I have not the foggiest as to what the current state of play is.
One thing though, the can has now been drop kicked way down the road and so, maybe, has accountability.
I am though hopeful that full disclosure with a full timeline will come out of Rovers eventually.
Totally agree, the longer this drags out the more accountability gets glossed over & eventually forgotten, so it plays into the hands of the people on the ground at the club that were culpable in this mess to push the appeal and now the arbitration angle.
I just can't see how this ends with O'Brien being a Rovers player, shame as we really need to start taking these opportunities to get in the play offs as with our current owners we are unlikely to get in that position often.

I keep seeing this and it's a bit harsh. Yes to post Christmas loss of form (a little earlier this year), but people are acting like he was useless in the first part of the season. He wasn't ripping the league apart like last season's first half, but he still had a good goal return until it dried up. Still our top scorer. We would probably be mid-table or worse right now without his goals in the first third or so of the season.
We'd be buggered without his goals in the first half of the season but he's 100% Brereton again

So, Rovers made the appeal so the EFL will Rovers the outcome.
When Rovers will tell the outside world.....
Yes, of course they will as soon as they are told.

Surely if it’s taking this long there’s a chance of it being successful?
Never going to happen, sadly.

They'll scrap them the year we scrape into the PL, and relegated the following season. You can bet your house on it.
Fair play if you're still hanging on in there in 2037

Take it back about Thomas, he's absolutely what we need.

Waggott looks like the Penguin from Batman

With Diaz becoming Brereton and chances falling to players with the finishing calibre of Joe Rankin-Costello we're not going to see many goals the rest of this season

Huddersfield letting Thomas go making sense so far

Brereton back then, fucking useless
