Do the owners take any interest? There are obviously lines of communication but we seldom hear anything about their views on the situation.
No interest from owners. Most of the senior people over there have probably never heard of Tony Mowbray either.

Venkys must be embarrassed surely. The world knows Mowbray should have been sacked months ago yet he's still there! Even if they do get rid this week the questions will be why have you left it until now? Didn't you know he wasn't winning games?

These two statements are incompatible.
I cannot remember a worse game of football than that.
No commitment, lacking in ideas, couldn't even change the approach despite using 5 subs. Like an end of season game but sadly we've another 9 to play........and he'll still have his job.

Not good enough. Out of ideas.

Brereton's poor. No speed so falls to ground then gives their keeper easy catch.

Remaining T20 games to be played behind closed doors due to coronavirus issues. Bumble said it was like they were sat on each others knees.

The best action would be to rebuild without Venkys and before anyone shouts me down it's their mismanagement, misunderstanding, call it what you want that has led to this. They never did and never will understand how a football club the size of BRFC works from 6,000 miles away.
For the short term Venkys are here so the next best thing is to thank Tony, give him his notice and then appoint a new man bringing with him a new management team with a different approach. We have a skeleton of good young players, we have the infrastructure to build, we have the opportunity to bring in more loan players, but as at this season we have come off the rails. My hope is that the process has already begun.

Was theirs a penalty? We now have VARMIND so it was. Before VARMIND not a chance. Our two penalty claims also should have been given the first even without VARMIND, both ref and asst views blocked.

Any other club......
I honestly think his number is up. Surely there must be Venky advisors telling them this chap Tony Mowbray is no longer up to it.

Lost to 3rd division Brentford in FA Cup at Ewood 1988/89.
I was devastated, really felt we'd make the semi-finals at least that season.
It wasn't in the script as Brentford were lower league. Remember it well as I pushed a mate in a wheelchair and watched pitch side Nuttall Street.

Better team tonight yet Swansea will probably go up while we finish mid table.

That's something we've not seen in a while! Brilliant timing by Dack.

The team are going to have a massive loss of confidence now especially after TM Sky interview. They need a boost and it wont come from any journey talk.
Got to look short term and DJ will know the situation from inside. Good call.

Is he going to walk?
No because Elliott will get the blame for this defeat.

To everyone who paid for I-follow. When will you learn?
Bit unfair rigger. There's little for many to do during these days.
The problem is at club level. You can't blame fans who want to see the team.

No urgency is there.
None. No support for Mowbray from team there.

Its kicked off at the end of Bournemouth v Watford. Players fighting after a Joao Pedro (Watford) red saw a Wilshire red for Bournemouth.

Mowbray will be throwing his weight around knowing if he mucks this one up (again) he will be doing the mixing for next weeks lemon drizzle cake.
He may say he's under no pressure. He is.

Just checked the LT hoping to see a headline that he has gone.
Nothing.
I do the same and use search engines to see if there's a whiff anywhere.
No doubt when if happens there'll be a new thread on this message board first so my first port of call is here.

Assuming Mowbray is sacked tomorrow, they've left it too long imo.

".......We've got Mulgrew, Charlie Mulgrew........." Yeap some consolation.
Nothing to play for but expecting a realistic score of 2 0 to Norwich as they continue their journey back to the premiership. Hope this will be the last game for Tony.
