  1. Not much team selection going on this thread. Without Lenihan I don't fancy Mulgrew due to lack of speed and match practice. Got to start Carter with Adarabioyo and not play Nyambe out of his right back position where he's improved a lot this season. No point in playing Gallagher who will work his socks off but that wont lead to anything. Whoever plays up front TM has to have the mind to change the positional game.

    Another difficult game but winable.

the only 3 to come out with any credit tonight are travis, lenihan and tosin,it was wigan all over again,to pedestrian,to many passes and just not good enough to break down a determined team

Probably but Lenihan disappointed me with booking.  What happened to Armstrong. Hardly in game.

  3. Not that down as I expected defeat. TM should have changed system once he knew Gallagher would not produce but he didn't know how. In truth Graham should have been given more game time this season then he would have scored more. Don't want to see Gallagher. Bell doesn't want to risk the tackle and I'm looking forward to seeing what we do about a new manager in the summer.

Waggott is a money man and there's money in a hotel. What the owners want is another thing though.

still don`t get this hotel idea, miles out of the town centre in a "rustic area" area of residential dwellings and a view of a polluted river and a few trees, got no potential of ever paying for itself imo

Agree, Hotel would never work. Not close enough to M65.

I think the fans are on Bolton Rd with the old Infirmary frontage on the right and the wall on the left bordering the LeedsLiverppol canal. The Infirmary pub in the background on the right

It looked familiar but couldn't see it until you pointed it out. The banking behind the stone wall on the right is clearly the old Infirmary site and the pub looks as I remember it.

Must have walked that route many times, always with great anticipation of seeing a fantastic win. The smiles and grins on faces in the photo suggest that's always been the case "going down the Bolton Road".

I think we allowed their chances to materialise by just hoofing it into the wind for a good half hour .

    Some truth in that.

They said it may have been assistant who gave it but you would think, because it was such an obvious dive, ref wasn't 100% and therefore should have asked his assistant what he saw. Seed was already planted in the refs mind so he took the opportunity to "make amends".

  7. Well done TM, great game management. Limited choice with injuries but this young team playing with experienced players is proving a lot of us wrong. There's a challenge going on for the shirt and Buckley's goal with two players calling for the ball before he shot is good to see.

We aren't that far off and if we can keep injury/suspension free we could be in for a shout. Anyone with issues not going to Ewood to support this team effort needs to think again and get down if they can,
