  1. Anyone know what ticket arrangements were last year. Is it just pay on the gate. Its just im taking a few irish friends to the game. Gonna be staying about 30 mins from Bray at friends house. Major sessions friday and sat night in Dublin!!! Lookin forward to meetin people off here. Booked my flights going from Blackpool on friday morning, coming back sunday.

  2. ADVANTAGES

-Its good for me, il still be going to all the games and i will love to watch 50 min highlights of it when i get home.

-Club will get a lot more money from sky

-People who cant afford as many away games can see most of the game on sat night.

    DISADVANTAGES

-Good move for most premiership clubs but bad move for ourselves. We are a small club with too many fans who would jump at the chance of not paying for a ticket and just watching the game at home. (Charlton home game last season anyone)

-Less away support. Although our away support is good. I fear people may think against paying out and being tempted to watch it at home. When you think spurs away cost around 100 quid alltogether and we didnt get home til about midnight it would be tempting for some.

-Having repeat performances from last season would send us into depression if we have to watch the game again for 50 mins. Because if its on we will watch it.

-71p more a month!!! Sweet jesus get a loan.

  3. Although i was full of passion watching the game last night and i was absolutely gutted and annoyed, its not quite the same as rovers. This morning im kinda getting over it and thinking 'ah well world cup qualifiers start in a couple of months'. Whereas if it had been rovers who lost on penaltys and had a perfectly good amoruso goal disallowed then id be raging for at least a week, or until the next game.

  4. 1st round by september 1st!!!!!!!!!! u gotta be kidding me, the whole tounrament should be pre-season.I can see it now, a cold wet windy night at turd moor in early october, burnley beat us 2-1 with a 92nd minute amoruso own goal and david may breaking barrys leg in the 1st half. sad.gif

  5. We're going Preston to Euston. 8.20 depart - arrive 11.59. But your "west coast line" thing has distrubed me. Do you know somehting I don't?

Reading the beggining of this thread i think its something to do with the stafford area.

Im gonna ring them and try book onto that one from preston, should be ok.
