Rutter leaving Leeds, wouldn't be surprised to see Leeds come in for Szmodics.

Does seem to be remarkably similar how all our keepers flourish after leaving us. Ours looks so scared to come off there line for a 1 on 1 and for crosses.

It's also so refreshing to see a striker actually be a striker too. I do not miss Gallagher in the slightest

Does everyone realise Szmodics will most likely be sold on deadline day and not replaced? This is the Rovers way.

I think it's more of a case of: Do we have ambition of promotion, if no sell him now whilst his stock is high. If yes keep and fund us with 5-6 quality players and push for promotion.

I agree with you, feel like we already have 3 loans. Now need to back it with 4-5 perms. For some reason I feel optimistic about this season. Upgrade on Pears, 2 new wingers, new LB and a new CM and I think we are flying. Losing Szmodics we need another replacement.

Great synopsis and completely agreed. I now worry Waggott and Pasha won't fund us after that display, but we are in desperate need for 4-5 signings! Without the above I think we're massively at risk

Agreed. I also thought his decision making on the ball was awful Trying to do skill rather than release the ball early for some good opportunities happened a few times last night.

I just cannot back a loan. Permanents only. Weve effectively already got 3 loans in Batth, Weimann and McFadz. We need to be using that £30m (+£10m) warchest and buying players on 3 year deals.
