This is the interesting part.
Can he do good football and developing players? And dealing with charlatans and crackpots?
Doubt it.
Do we ever reckon Suhail picks the team?

What sort of style does John Eustace play?

My info was correct. The forms needed to be sent were not sent and no one realised until it was too late. “Left on the machine” and “saved not sent” were the differences. That depends on who’s to believe I suppose.
love the support as always Hasta, appreciate it honey.
What's next bro?
John Eustace in?
Who's leaving?

Well, Heckinbottom has won promotion to the top flight. Ony Dalglish and Souness have achieved that for Rovers in my lifetime...just saying lol
With a mad good team yes.

Does he appease the fans? We’re in a relegation scrap and they decide to hire someone with no managerial experience of any sort of note?
He does, managed in SA.

Fancy a wager?
As in you think it'll be someone good?
Paul Hackingbottom doesn't count he's shite.
Honestly why would anyone want to manage us 😂, we've dismantled a squad and not reinvested, failed 2 deadline days in Jan.

Now that would just top the week off, wouldn't it?
Is he shite?
Genuinely never heard of Stuart McCall.

Only the biggest of simpletons would be placated by Dunn's appointment.
As thick as two short planks and a car crash of a managerial career.
It will either be an internal appointment (cheap) or a desperado (cheap).
Either will simply be grateful for the job and tow the party line, (to League One).
People said Stuart McCall was at the game Saturday, so wouldn't be surprised.

Well if he’s in discussion he’s as good as gone, it’s the compensation they’re haggling over. Most likely for Remi and the fitness guy if Jon is waiting his fee
Meanwhile Lowe and Benson will stay in the job lol.

A new low for slimey Steve. Trying to use the players to get sympathy and stop the fully justified criticism of him and the owners.
Absolutely.

Didn't someone say Stuart McCall was watching from the stands?
Odds that Lowe and Benson remain?! 😂

One question people want answers on I think is key, when you submit I presume there is some force feedback, an email confirmation, anything.
I know if I book a flight or buy tickets I’m not content until I see the confirmation land.
Does this happen, if so surely we would be checking it?
Imagine.
"Gregg I just got the confirmation email now"......
So easy

He has to change it up it's ok saying he's throwing his hands up because hes lost the only man that can do it but he has a squad of players now.
So pick a god damn formation that suits what he has the development BS is out of the window now it's operation survive and pick up points however they come.
If he doesn't try and adapt instead of crying it's obvious he's only interested in his own narrative.
I do agree to a point.
The only problem being - the external noise is massively impacting the performances in the pitch, and why wouldn't it?
It's an absolute shambles.

Ashfaq left at Xmas,
Cheston I believe has not left ,though his departure been on the cards for about a year as he wanted to retire last year, so it wouldn't surprise me if he departs in the near future or is working a notice period.
Neither related to the latest fiasco
Who's taken the fall then? Or no one?
Happy days and celebrate - no transfer fee spent on deadline day well done Venkys

If both of your main finance people leave it is never a good sign for a business continuing as a going concern.
The times I have seen this is when something dodgy has happened by the finance team or when you are about to enter administration etc and they are trying to protect their future employment prospects.
Interesting to know!

Or someone at the club didn't want the deal to go through
Listen 24 hours earlier Broughton was permanent bids for players but again lastminute.com Venky scum turn around and say no you can't have any of the Wharton money.Making his job even more impossible in trying to get the players the manager needs
If you and others want to make GB the fall guy fair enough, but I ain't doing that and seemingly the head coach isn't either
Again GB can't be expected to do every single thing on deadline day when other players other than McGuire needed to be brought in.All other deals fine but the one that looks like costing messes up cmon it is it's feck Broughton's fault
Absolutely spot on.

I mean if you haven't got a notification of your biggest signings in years you'd be checking why and immediately know you haven't submitted.
Or email the EFL asking the question.

Like I said previously we still hadn't completed the fleck signing. They were trying to get other players In the door
Was Ennis fully completed?
He could have been doing a number of things ,taking calls from clubs enquiring about our players ,taking calls from clubs/agents offering players, contacting clubs asking about loans, negotiating with fleck .
We dont hear about everything that happened on transfer deadline day but I'm pretty certain at other clubs the dofs ain't sat around submitting documents .Now if it turned out the documentation was filled out correctly then I would be putting blame on Broughton, but an error like clicking save instead of send, i dont think Broughton can be blamed for not believing someone would be stupid enough to do thst
Interestingly you're meant to get a notification on submission apparently.
Evidently Rovers didn't get a notification after 3 hours.
IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!
IF YOU DON'T GET A NOTIFICATION ON ONE OF OUR BIGGEST SIGNINGS IN YEARS YOU'D LOOK WHY!!!!
IT DOESN'T ADD UP

Where else did Broughton have to be other than check everything went through smoothly?
Club secretary is the docs guy no?
Also GBs superior

Yeah but according to the athletic everything was correct with the paperwork it just wasn't sent off, someone clicked save instead of send
I don't agree that's Broughton's responsibility,we were trying to get other players in aswell. If the paperwork was checked over and it's true that someone clicked save instead of send then the blame lies elsewhere for me.
Saved and hidden away never to be seen again.
Be interesting to know who clicked save.
Im sure a prompt comes up saying "are you sure you want to save changes"
