Speaking of 'Boro, Aaron Ramsey has joined on loan. Bet that's going to cost them a fair whack!

Hendrick, Carroll and Long. All better than Vale and Gallagher.
All barely has beens. If we’d signed them without all this moaning about transfers before most would be slating the signings

Reading are in an embargo and have still managed to sign better players on loans and free transfers than GB has.
Like?

Probably a tad more than you given I've done consultancy work at 3 football league clubs (2 in England and 1 in Scotland).
Does serving hot dogs count as consultancy these days?

Maya is an interesting one with 6 months left...grab him..

Burnley just brought in Obafemi on loan with a view, took a while to settle at Swansea after us missing out previously but a good championship forward
Consistently slated by managers for his attitude. Kinda glad we didn’t get him. He’ll be bit-part at Burnley at best

JDT said we should have all of signings in before the Birmingham game
Given that’s the evening of deadline day you’d hope so…

Diaz has scored less league goals than Will Keane this season. He’s never looked like downing tools as such but he’s been playing more like his younger self since the World Cup. I’d have even taken 3 million for him now

All our rivals are making serious strides in the transfer market and we're faffing about missing out on players we never had a chance with. This window will determine a. Whether we're serious about promotion and b. Whether Broughton is an upgrade. It's going to be another damp squid I mean squib
What serious strides would those be?

Deal till the end of the season for Joao wouldn’t be horrendous. Relatively low risk and a different type of striking option

Just a nonsense point. Lack of signings make people angry, poor signings make people angry. That’s not contradictory.
FYI I’m talking generally here, not about Thomas specifically.
Was just a bit of a joke…

Nothing to see here.
Same old Venky recruitment story. Probably be one loan in and a boat load of excuses.
It’s all about the journey to not signing anyone though
*sorry, the project
