I have I been well tuned in and voiced my concerns. iv been a big advocate for people coming to the fore so everything I’m basing my judgment on is Gregg the egg and his interviews re what happened what is your tangible evidence of foul play other than assumption?

Yes I do it’s not uncommon for deals to fall through due to this it should never be the case that’s why I class it a failure but happens every window even last night Charlton couldn’t get the paperwork done on time for fofana - it’s just awful admin work/timing from the recruitment teams

Personally don’t buy that they actively sabotaged those botched deals it was incompetence of the recruitment team twice

Greggs team butchered two transfer windows through sheer incompetence he was good at getting contracts sorted but his recruitment/team was horrific

Not disagreeing my point is we have a lot of talk that they weren’t offered any increases at all so for fans and clarity we don’t really know do we as fans believe the information for instance Glen is privy to or do we believe the club who have previous for telling fibs

It was always going to be the obvious response we offered them contracts and increases they didn’t want to extend and wanted to move on this is why small statements from players would be helpful because now we find ourselves in a ‘he said she said’ debate with no tangible evidence so fans in the dark again as usual

Becoming more and more common with owners now. Fans and footballing aspect things are secondary it’s all about the business side of things

Yes it’s scripted a bit like when Boris and the gang came out during Covid all staged and will be put across as good communication but without hard hitting questions or challenging the likely vague answers given pathetic really

As for the club posting that ‘send us your questions’ that’s just a load of bs it’s so they can cherry pick what they want to ask proper journalists should be able to ask and challenge accordingly not some pre scripted bs

All footballers sign nda in their contracts the nda covers sensitive information not to be disclosed ie particulars about training / budgets / contracts etc what they don’t cover is players putting out statements to defend themselves against allegedly false allegations so in travis case we have been told by many that he ‘didn’t refuse to train or play and that he was banished from first team activity’ so there is every opportunity for a player to come out with something again see Isak see wissa

What contract depends on it? These are players no longer contracted to rovers?

I don’t think he’s part of ot I just think he’s happy to be employed and collect a wage

Why would he do that though? val should have known this was on the cards the previous 2 managers have been shafted it can’t come as a surprise to him he’s the yes man they wanted. In his next interview he will recycle the usual spiel about transition period is now / have to knuckle down and back the team / new model / more assets / previous mistakes and I’d say the kicker will be they might try an push this Jan window as some sort of olive branch to the fans stating we will have money to strengthen etc but you are right any manager with self respect would be straight into gestede this morning demanding answers

Lift the lid no not likely but anything involving them isak has stated the club failed to oblige a promise made to him wissa something similar stating the club are trying to prove him out of a move after they had an agreement wouldn’t have/wont take much to come out with a statement to back yourself and state that I didn’t refuse to train/play - doesn’t have to go into great detail but radio silence from all involved means fans will always be divided in terms of whether the allegations/rumours are actually true

Thankfully we’re on a league with sheff w who will fall off a cliff after a while hull who just look poor in general and an Oxford team that just isn’t that good but we are in that pack

Venkys have been here 15 years not much has come out at all all paid off - all about the money if you really wanted to you could come out with a well worded statement ie in Travis case with all the alleged information in the public domain about refusing to play/train etc he could easily have stated that was incorrect

Agreed you can’t claim misconduct at the club and your love for the club over x amount of years working there to just take a pay settlement to remain quiet it’s wrong

I fall on the other side of that unfortunately you can’t claim to love rovers knowing what’s going on in the background but be happy to be paid off for silence Travis not a word / Buckley not a word / Leonard not a word Iv slight sympathy for your standard employee but at the end of the day accepting a payoff is wrong if you feel so strongly about something and feel there is genuine gross misconduct at the work place

If they have signed ndas then they are mugs. If you are so upset with how things are being run why don’t you come out and say it? I will never ever understand that. If you care enough for rovers then tell your side of the story Isak has wissa has - ndas are to protect sensitive information nothing relating to you or how your treated

Tbh Iv seen a shift from many of the half glass full fans this hyam transfer may have tipped the balance it’s beyond insanity
