This sucks seeing teams like Everton and Bolton so high in the laegue , if u take alook at our squad compared them on quality of player alone we beat them hands down , its the fact there well coached and have a great team spirit e.g Graveson/ Bazza on quality alone bazza would win every time Emerton/Kilbane Friedal/ Martyn- Need i go on there are them teams that just seem able with extremley limited ability to always do wel, and we arent one of them we seem too do the reverse. Over the past 7 seasons to my knowledge rovers have recieved something like 90million in revinue from sales of players and less than 50% of this money was used in the buying of new players, this gives us over 45mill left over+ the money of uncle Jack. Our wage bill has also been reduced greatly in he past 2 seasons so rovers should be in a good financial state. However i also have to agree that the club needs an injection of cash to push us forward even a relatively smalll sum of 20mill over 3 yrs would see the club blossom. However the club need the "right kind of investor" that is why we rejected a russian investor last season. As when Roman gets bored of his toy Chelsea will be left to pick up the financial mess he leaves behind ( a wage bill over 60million )

Just a suggestion but if rovers are to appoint Sparkey as manager and if he is to continue in the wales post aswell, then how about someone to help him out i.e Mike newall as his Number 2, or Bobby Robsen in an advisory role
