This whole situation disgusts me.

I was watching this over in the states. Just a few minutes were left, obviously, and i leave the room to get a beer, and then i hear the anouncers shouting. I walk out and see the replay and could not believe it. Now I am not a Spurs fan by any means. Not by a long shot, but they truly got robbed. Just awful stuff.

Add into all that that we have Tugay out for a few weeks and this was Thommo's chance to actually get on the field and maybe put in a full 90 and impress Hughes. He clearly blew it. Probably the biggest disapontment of all on Saturday.

Ya know, I think its great that Hughesy is doing his best to find some bargains to shore up the defense in teh transfer window. But, when I see Norwich put 3 by Bolton, and Southampton put two by Boro, I just don't think there are enough goals in this squad to stay up this year. I mean, honestly, where the hell are they gonna come from. Not Dickov. I don't see them coming from Gally or Bothroyd either. Jansen is injured. There is no real creative goalscoring force in midfield. At some point it needs to be addressed.

At some point ya gotta hope Thommo is healthy enough to play more than 20 minutes.

i am with you on dickov. the man is all heart but, if we are gonna concede goals (and you know we will) we need some true golalscorers up top.

It seems there may be a chance that Kanoute will not make the trip according to some reports. That would not be a bad thing by any means. I am feeling pretty confident about this one. Blackburn 2-1.

I gotta think Thompson comes in as a second half sub again for Tugay.
