  1. One great scene, the rest of the film is a mess
  2. This week I sawChildren of Men, which is excellent but G.R.I.M. And Zombieland which made me laugh harder than any new film I've seen for ages, including Toy Story 3D which I loved
  3. You don't wear hats indoors as a male (unless specified in your duties, ie guarding something)
  4. Watched Defiance over the weekend. Really enjoyable
  5. Oh don't get me wrong, I'm moist with excitement over TS3D, but positively gushing over inception
  6. Yeah, but we're off to see Toy Story3D on Wednesday #iwantedInceptionbutgotoutvoted
  7. He's going to be a star, He's going to be a star,
  8. And spent decades in japan. And lamberts quebecian fwiw But highlander still rocks btw
  9. I could cope with the invisible car, it was the ###### cgi that ###### me off. Quantum of Solace works better if you think it's the middle if a trilogy, it's still a mess though
  10. For those of you who like sports books, can I recommend When Freddie Became Jesus by Jarrod Kimber, probably the funiest and insightful book of the 2009 Ashes Series. I cant recommend it enough. Cheers
  11. With speeds up to 70mph! Ooooooooooooooooooo the excitement and danger
  12. Hughsey - In Bruges, Eastern Promises
  13. they filter everything so its greyed out
  14. there where bits when it really felt like we were really moving. I think 3D will only work when those personal videoscreen googles become much more lightweight, then you can teh whole immersive stuff, in a cinema, nah, whats the point?
  15. saw it in 2D, its awesome, dont see the need for watching it in 3D, if I wanted to be entertained in 3D, I'd go to the theatre
  16. Its a big and fluffy pussy now. Cheers Colin
  17. The bit in the Barber's between Eastwood, the Barber and the Toad is one of the funniest scenes I've ever seen in a film.
  18. I think the two Batmans, Curse of the WereRabbit, Up, Wall-E, The Incredibles, Star Trek and Serenity, to name but 8 are considerably better than a pretentious kids movie that's aimed squarely at adults. I enjoyed it but the kids in the cinema hated it
  19. saw Wall-E last night, was totally blown away by it.
  20. I hated Die HArd 2, because it got so many things wrong that I couldnt get past those to enjoy the film.
