Far better than the Premiership. All games seem to get at least a few minutes on BBC. The pundits don't go over the top like they did on the Premiership, half of that show was taken up by Pundits and Adverts with a little football sprinkled in between.

I have just got back from Ireland and would like to share my view of the 4 goals........ I'd like to share my view but unfortunately I can't actually remember any of them.

I'd also like to thank the two Irish lads who gave me and Kirsty the passes for the free bar in the ground, probably not the best move in the world but definately appreciated.

There were so many funny moments throughout the day, they keep coming back to me every now and then. Like Jordan asking for a return ticket to Blay, us all laughing at him and some bird stood behind him having a go at us for having a go at him.

Jordan and Scotty's pitch invasion which resulted in Jordan scoring the sort of goal Yorkie can only dream about........ i went between the sticks.

Anyway, I'm sure more will come to me soon but I'm knackered at the moment. My bed is calling.

That would have been good but unfortunately I don't get there until 9.00 am on Saturday. From what I've heard about the Irish Rovers they'll probably still be drinking then!!

The days of some clubs' games being restricted to a couple of minutes of highlights here and there are gone.

Thats what we have been moaning about ever since ITV took over the Premiership highlights.

I also like the fact that the 90 minutes they choose to show will be decided after all of the games have finished on a Saturday. Gone are the days of ITV choosing to show a 0-0 draw between the 'bigger' teams instead of a 4-3 between two of the smaller ones.

It all sounds pretty good to me.

sadly - a waste of talent

his figures at Leeds were excellent, over 1 goal every 2 games. not too bad at all. He's not had the best of times at Citeh but he is playing with one of the greediest strikers in the league.

Looks like it was a pretty strong team that played against Bury last night. Another goal from Gallagher to add to his 3 in Germany. Maybe the Gally and Steadinho strike force might be good enough next season.

Nice to see Matty getting another goal.

So people complained when we signed Dickov as he's too old and doesn't score enough goals, now you want Djorkaeff who is older and scores even fewer goals. He scored 9 league goals last season and 7 the season before. Its hardly setting the world alight is it!!!
