  1. Can't see Greenwood ever playing for England again. So unfortunate. He was the real deal but like a lot of unhinged footballers he blew it all by doing something stupid
  2. Me lol but I think you know that. I think Southgate has a much better chance after his success with England. Some manager are made for international football. Look at Lowe with Germany. No one will come near him at club level. Then again Graham Taylor had no shortage of club offers after his England debacle
  3. Tbf he was working for the fa. Helping underage teams. He's a big reason why our underage groups are doing well. Yes he got lucky that big Sam was a greedy git but he's taken his chance
  4. I used to find England games boring and was sick of the usual embarrassing failure. The likes of capello were utterly devoid of personality. The overhyped golden generation. Its different now. We have a genuine chance of doing something special. The players are all one big family. Southgate is a likeable character who genuinely wants success and isn't here because it's a big payday. So yes England are important to me now. But of course so are Rovers. If i was married to a gorgeous woman I would still eye other gorgeous women. The future of English football has never been brighter and I want to enjoy every minute of it
  5. I'd expect him to give us one more season unless we win promotion. He's been a breath of fresh air since the stink that Mr tombola left
  6. Yes Harry kane is prime minister. When he's not captaining England he's thinking of ways to screw that hotbed of culture, Blackburn, over
  7. I'm more rovers >England now. But when England are playing and Rovers aren't then it's all England. And visa verser
  8. The second save was better
  9. If we get a striker. I'd like Cameron archer, then top 6
  10. In the making he said. And he is
  11. I agree with everything apart from the ref. He should have sent the same Spanish player off 3 times
  12. Because he's the next England keeper long term
  13. Hopefully Trafford is a superb signing for Burnley. I also think madueke will make it
  14. Every nation in this tournament has majority overage players. Unlike England a lot of other nations have a few players with senior caps. England only have one. The production line Is still there
  15. Cameron Archer has already scored 2 goals off the bench this tournament
  16. Strong under 21 side
  17. All Alan Shearer goals from our title winning season
  18. If he was really intent on promotion he would have spent that January money he was offered when we were in a great position. He knew promotion to the premiership would probably have spelt the end for him as with alot of sub par managers, owners usually go for a bigger name to keep us there. He knew staying in the championship he would slowly motor along picking up his paycheck. That's why at Sunderland he achieved in 6 months what he never achieved here. Plat offs. He knew that failure wasn't an option
  19. Hell no. He was just playing for time till he had enough money for his retirement
  20. Bowyer was nearly as bad. Gestede and Rhodes up front. Carney In midfield. His excuse was he was inexperienced. Mowbray had been around for years. At least bowyer was doing his best to make us play off challengers. Mowbray was filling his pension
  21. It's an English disease. We had the same problems against Italy and Croatia. We score early than eventually start conceding possession. We need to be more confident in our ability
  22. Semi finals. I thought the ref was shocking but second half we just hit aimless balls. We got rather fortunate
  23. Most sides in this competition have quite a few players who have senior caps. England only have 1. Emile smith-rowe. So it shows that the talent level is coming through
  24. Both Sheffield clubs annoy me. Wednesday have won alot more than united but neither are big clubs
