Watchmen was fantastic. I've read it but I went with friends who haven't and they thought it was great as well. It's not the easiest story to follow but if you go in with the right mindset (not expecting a superman or spiderman type movie) then I think it will really be worth your time.
I have all their stuff and mykonos is def my fave song. I just love the harmonies in it. All their stuff is on the mellow side but most of it doesn't sound like mykonos.
Not for nothin, but the guy came out and apologized for diving during the midweek. Fergie's spinning of the story aside, it takes a man to come out and say listen, I dove, it was crappy, i feel like an ass, I won't do it anymore. Name me another big name like that who has ever done anything like that recently.
Better late than never but I've been playing Assassins Creed the last few days. What an amazing game. I've almost beaten it so I'm not sure how it all pans out but I never get tired of those views and leaps of faith from the tops of the viewpoints. Really great stuff.
Giant Bomb's review of world at war was pretty good. Also they got real into it on their podcast. I just woke up though can't remember all the details. ---Click.
Also, my roommate has Confrontation and he played it like crazy for a few weeks then just sorta stopped. When he did play it, it played real well and looked pretty good. I think other games being around to play made it lose it's value quickly. It looks, feels and plays like a SOCOM game too, so if you like that style, you'll probably like this.
Cocker, I am a huge wuss when it comes to anything dark or scary and while I easily admit that I had to play Bioshock with someone in the room and with all the lights on, I think its a game that a real gaming fan can't miss. Everything about it from the game play to the controls and environment/scenery is superb.
