We were absolutely all over them before that. I am more upset with Lenihan over the completely unnecessary booking on the touch line. Penalty is harsh, but he is completely brainless at times.

Man of the Match: Joe Rothwell

I thought resting Rothwell midweek was a bit of a master stroke from Mowbray, shame he had to use him, but I think he had his eye on this game and keeping him fresh. He is our best player IMO(Until Dack returns, and Elliott isn't really ours), and the one that makes the whole 4-3-3 tick. I think he really can be the difference against Brentford. Hopeful thinking.... I think we might lose the next three, and then get Breo, Dack and Travis back and go on a serious run when we have a fully fit squad. Would take a draw right now, but we do play better against teams that are actually commiting players forward. It's all terribly exciting this year.

Yeah that wasnt a bad one, think youll struggle for another though. Remember last year at Cardiff, didnt touch the ball first half, and came out second half like a monster, its bizarre.

Yeah point taken, but when he spends the first half of the game the other night not even remotely close to the opposition to impose that physical side of the game, we tend to get overan, like we did. I think its more of an athleticism problem rather than a physical one, hence the need for Rothwells legs. Trybull, havent made my mind up yet.

Johnson was absolutely woeful in the first half, he could barely move, not surprised it sounds like he was injured.He did improve second half, as usual, but I was still shocked to see him stay on after we brought on 3!!!!! central midfielders. Much prefer the Rothwell-Trybull-Holtby balance He never has good first halfs. He would be brilliant off the bench with a 2-1 lead, 20mins to go, when he can come on and kick and head everything in sight.
