Are we watching the same game? He has made a couple of cracking tackles and generally I’d say most of their chances have come from Travis’ side.
Must be.

Pickering is having a torrid time as usual

Pickering is the slowest player we have ever had. It’s shocking.
What was Wharton’s yellow card for?

Yeah a Dembele signing would have made it a great window, but we already have Dolan/Gally/Markandy/Hedges that can all play wide right so I get it.

We have Watford in 2 weeks. Hopefully someone comes in and swoops up Sarr and Pedro last minute tonight! Always good to play relegated clubs once the window has closed.
Watford have a ridiculous amount of quality players, if it clicks they will run away with this league.

With Bola and Hirst both being loans, there is money to spend so if Dembele is really coming would not be surprised if its a permanent.
-
If Dembele has to be a loan, I dont care. Just get him in.

Bit sceptical about this Dembele link. Can he play on the right? If so could be just what we need.
Yep Ideally. Could have:
----------Hirst-----------
Brereton Dack Dembele
Wow!

All about dembele now. Go get him and shut the window down. Breo stays

Well once again we start the match acting like we have no idea who anyone is, took 15mins to wake up then after that we were outstanding for the rest of the game, best performance of the season to date. Brereton could have had a hatrick, that one that bent past the far post was an incredible strike,
Special mention to Trav, I thought he looked great tonight at RB, and was nice to have some toughness there. If Britain is out for a while, no issues with Trav there, no one is taking the piss out of him, thats for sure.
Carter, best game in a Rovers shirt. Won his headers and is no slouch, incident at the end didnt look great but that will make up for the Vale one that was clear pen.
Hyam, Robbery, plain and simple. He looks like a solid player, great in the air, and rarely troubled tonight. Impressive debut.
If Carter and Hyam play to that level, we might be okay as is for CB.
Pickering was better tonight, but he got gubbed by Poveda even with two Rovers helping. Still a concern area for me with Edun running around aimlessly when he came on.
Morton, good game, he is a bit of a grafter and got stuck in well tonight.
Wharton, good grief, been done to death already, just a ridiculous debut from him. He was winning it all over the park, and under control rarely rushed and calm, ever pass was dead on. His rising strike was going right in the top corner before it came of the defender. Worth the admission price.
Hedges and Dack both did well enough, Dacks ball was just sheer quality. Not everything came off for Hedges tonight but he is a quality footballer.
Brereton gave it all for Rovers tonight, great finish and should have had a few more. One of his best performances in a Rovers shirt and if he goes he does with my best.
Dolan, struggled a bit tonight. Great energy player off the bench for me.

We are absolutely dire. Yikes
No pace anywhere on the pitch, like playing against 11 over 40's.
-
Well Barkley would certainly peek my interest. 2m one year deal. Barkley, Hirst and a left back with a pulse.

Todd Cantwell contract is up next summer......
-
Sensational touch and passing. Tens times quicker and tenacious than Buckley.
Reminded me a bit of the late great Peter Whittingham.

2 Centre halfs seems to signal a switch too 5 at the back. Absolutely need a LWB
Pleased with Hyam signing

-Serbian winger dude
-Hirst
-A player with pace
Brereton sold for 17.5m
I’d pretty happy with that. 6 signings in 100hrs yeah right

Mowbray has left him with a shambles of a squad, it's going to take time to fix.
Unfair to blame Mowbray, although I think Nyambe and Rothwell may have signed new deals earlier with a different manager.
This is all on Greg and his healthy budget.

File smodicks as pish. Well and truly pants on that deal

So slow all over the pitch.

Has anyone seen John Buckley, mia

I reckon 16million is the number for BBD.

I could stomach Micheal Hector for a season.

Its sounds like JRC had a solid night, good news if he can at least not be a complete liability at RB filling in for Callum.
Lets Gregg off the hook for another position.

Should be after Alex Mighten the winger from forest. Hearts are in for him on loan.
