How many goals per season can we expect from Armstrong.
You won't see any if you don't go to watch.

Armstrong and Chapman not top targets but in the mix.
Good negotiating tactics!
I hope you are right. He's scaring the shit out of me!

Wonder if he's still available?

I for one would have him back on the right wages but I think that he blotted his copybook with Mowbray by turning up late. We need forwards and maybe it's time to forgive and forget.

I would hope so. Without slagging Williams I think I prefer Amari Bell at left back.
Just to eat a little humble pie for a minute I know I have criticised Ryan Nyambe in the past but against Liverpool and again against Everton he showed a huge improvement. We may have a player there after all.

Like I said TM wants to take the slow slow approach and “ Build” and wants to stay in the project ...
Win or Bust is not for him and players who wear caps backwards!
Managers are in it for themselves in the end just like some players..
The Rothwells might be clean cut looking wise but they are for the long term and big gambles and this team is basically the same that went down.....
I'm with him on that. Anybody who wears a baseball cap back to front is a chav in my book and I'd rather have nothing to do with them. If the cap fits, wear it!

Let's hope it's his last game before he comes here.

Lest we forget. The power of signing a good crosser for the start of the season. Graham is no Santa Cruz but he can put them in when they land on his head. By the way, Ince was no Mowbray.
And there is the problem about having a winger who puts in crosses. In spite of your reference to Graham, who by the way I like, we have nobody in the middle who is going to win the ball in the air and head it down towards goal. The centre backs head them away all the time We either need a big guy up front (oh for a Chris Sutton) or wingers that get to the bye line and play it back low into the goal area. (oh for a Duggie). That is the most dangerous pass in football.

Was just about to write something similar .. When joe average players are costing that amount of money it makes me want to do something else on a Saturday
It's not my money. I just watch the football at Ewood and let others worry about the finances. It doesn't really affect me personally.

Chapman on boro bench today
Pulis most likely hasn't seen him play. He probably would want to before he decides to let him go.

I have paid £200 to park on car park B for the season and be guaranteed a car park space. We arrived half an hour before the kick off an all the proper spaces were filled with scousers at £10 a throw. This is not on Rovers. Your regulars, who have paid you £200 deserve to have proper parking spaces and you should make sure there is space for them right up to kick off time. We were put on the end of a row but we made sure there was enough space for cars to pass if they wanted to get out. To the owner of the white BMW who parked in that space and blocked everybody in I hope the fleas of a thousand camels infect your arsehole. You stopped everybody who came off a few minutes before the end from getting home before 11 -30 pm. Thank you very much.

So I haven't been to a game since 1986, am I not entitled to an opinion, should I log out now and never again grace these pages? Bit shallow minded if you ask me, oops sorry that's an opinion.
If someone has an opinion about something within a game they have attended versus somone with an opinion on the same subject that hasn't attended the yes I give you that but otherwise I disagree with you on that, again I apologise for having an opinion.
A bit of a stupid post in my opinion. You know as well as I do that I was referring to an opinion about a specific player. Please inform me if you have never seen him play how you can have an opinion on his ability?

We will agree to disagree.
We can have this conversation at the end of the season...if Nyambe is regularly targetted, costs us points, has a poor season and looks out of his depth then I will hold my hands up and say you were right.
But if he has a good season I will hope you will do the same.
He did have a good season last year and you are in the minority who thinks he didn't
Yes I'll agree to that but my fervent hope is that there will be no conversation because he will not be in the team.

I am a season ticket holder yes I missed two home games last season due to work.
He did have a good season and he was not targetted and if you think so then I'd question wether you attended last season. I guarantee a lot more people thought he had a good season rather than a bad one.
The people slating him are the the ones who have been on his back from day 1.
Does your seat face the pitch?
He's simply not good enough and certainly we will suffer if we play him in the championship.
By the way Fraserkirky. I have been watching Rovers for nearly 70 years and I can tell shite when I see it too. He's not that but he's just not good enough.

Not sure about wing back but as a full back Nyambe is good enough still young and improving. He doesn't get targetted every match either. Are you one of those who once he makes his mind up about someone that it?It won't change.
Nyambe had a very good season last year, he wasn't targetted every match. To suggest otherwise is just nonsense
Yes he was!
If you think he had a good season I question whether you attended. I may be picking on the wrong one but too many non attenders appear to have opinions. If you are a season ticket holder I apologise as you are entitled to an opinion.

I think that comes from a lot of the safety first mentality coached into them these days and it's been particularly relevant at Rovers. I don't think we'll see a flying wing back or constantly over lapping full back very much no matter who is in the shirt unless we are chasing a game.
Modern methods.
Then wing backs are pointless if your theory is correct.

So you think that Caddis is adequate back up if Nyambe gets a long term injury?
We badly need a right back. Caddis needs pensioning off and I wish people would stop posting "Nyambe has improved". Yes he has but he's still nowhere near good enough and I'm not sure he ever will be, particularly as a wing back. He can't seem to go more than ten yards forward without turning back and passing to a centre back. How can you ever score on the break with that attitude. He's not good at defending either. Get's targeted as a weakness every match.

Don't especially recall that. He has though made a point of saying that having an hour of Craig Conway plodding up and down the field is often better than these "flying wingers"!
And what a piece of crap that is. He was just trying to justify offering Conway a new contract. Christ knows why!

Why would you prefer a loan winger with very underwhelming stats throughout his various loan spells, over someone who has a track record of assists and goals?
"I would prefer Kent to Maddison if we could sign only 1. Nixon has linked us twice to him and some other reporter aswell" - Nixon talks shite so id ignore that for now. But I dont get the quote "if we could only sign 1." Why the random limit, why does it have to be only 1?
As said previously, we dont want players who CAN play there, we want players who DO play there.
Was thinking of this team on the opening day. They can all do a job in the positions ive put them in and have played them at times in the past so should be fine:
Raya
Bennett Nyambe Williams Davenport
Whittingham Dack Travis Rothwell Bell
Samuel
No place for Mulgrew, Lenihan and Graham? Nyambe at Centre back? Are you on the wind up?

Leave Chaddy alone. He finds the reports and needs multi quotes to defend himself from multi critics.
Thursday deadline.
