I tore my ankle ligaments last summer and it took nearly 3 months for me to feel fully mobile. Obviously BBD will get top notch treatment, but if he’s done the same it’ll be a long recovery.

He should be able to run around like an Olympic athlete after playing in La Paz😁

As well as the result, many Rovers fans at the game had their experience ruined by the mindless drunken, and drugged up yobs, who infested the concourse and stand like vermin. Average age about 15, IQ zero, manners zilch. Flares, bottles, beer being thrown over their own fans, and vandalism to boot. What a disgrace to the club some of our so called fans are.

Nothing to complain about in Waggot’s message. For me the most important part is the fact that the club has been able to keep everyone at the club employed during the pandemic. Credit where credit is due and, whatever folk may think, this has only been possible because of the financial input form the owners. Onward and upward Blackburn Rovers!

There seems to be a massive issue with unvaccinated players across football, mostly young ones I suspect, who are reading rubbish about the vaccine on social media. 

Just a thought about attending games; if double vaccination is not a defence for Omicron, what is the point of using the COVID passport to give entry to venues unless you are triple dosed? Surely a flow test taken the day of the game is better evidence that you aren’t going to be spreading the virus in the stadium.

I have to agree with Chaddy that the GP pass was better, and less likely to be used to cheat the system, as it had a photo on it, COVID pass just a name. 

GP ticket seems to have disappeared altogether, NHS Covid pass up and running again. Presumably venues will need to have code reader to permit entry, including football grounds. Alternatively, use proof of a negative flo test, though these kits aren’t given out like confetti any longer so might run out!

Big blow to Chile’s WC qualification hopes last night, without BBD playing. Qualification in Europe is a breeze in comparison to the process in S. America, where teams have all to play a minimum of 18 games each.
