'The situation will be reviewed once the season has been completed, with an investigation into how the campaign deteriorated and how the club propose to move forward. Owners' Representative Suhail Shaikh and Chief Executive Steve Waggott will be at the centre of those discussions'
Mogga's bestie and a bloke who knows nowt about football will decide Mogga's future. What could possibly go wrong.🙄
The dullard is staying.
That will be the most pointless discussion ever and the decision (undoubtedly will be to keep Mowbray)will end up relegating us.

Coventry at home on Thursday for them next.
Could easily be another 3 points.

Rotherham turned it around, now 2-1 up.
Panic stations.
3-1 now.

There is no stat more damning of this manager and this season than the fact that Rotherham can overtake us by winning their games in hand.
Unlikely yes. But possible.
Pitiful
But what about expected goals......?

This is what I've said to both twitter analysts Watson and the other bloke.
But they literally bang on about it so much
I said similar previously that the quality of the player isn't taken into account.
BB and Gallagher aren't expected to score no matter how many shots they have.
It's bullshit.

So how do we work with Suhail and gain Venkys trust?
How do Venkys gain our trust, more like.

Anybody still think Mowbray's job is on the line?
Don't think it ever has been.

Rotherham play 2 games before we kick a ball and then their next game is on Sunday.
Be a clearer picture a week today.

I should be concerned about more teams below us. Of the teams below us only Birmingham won. Rotherham ought to have - bad news for us. One more defeat for Wycombe and we can't finish bottom. 2 more defeats for Wednesday and the lowest we can finish is 22nd. Swansea could be bad news for both those teams this week.
Big week for us next week as Rotherham start to play catch up with a game on Tuesday and then another on Thursday.

If Venkys persist with Mowbray after todays defeat, they deserve relegation.

5 subs?
Is this a fucking friendly?

Wow,we've actually managed a goal

Just gotta hope Rotherham don't put a run together as we are so, so bad.
Yep, we are reliant on them not getting enough points.
0-0 with Hudds for them at the moment.

FFS.
Sick of this shit. Every game the same.

Not much drive in that midfield.

He keeps saying 'we'll see what happens' in regards to summer. A small part of me is now thinking he's agreed to step aside at the end of the season.
Not sure how that would pan out though as a winning run might see it kyboshed. Even if not he'll probably still be here in some capacity till his contract runs out So would Venus, probably in his place.
It would probably suit the finances better though and save a pay off now which might have penalty clauses attached to it. Not sure it'll work out great for the football side of it though. It' time his influence on that was removed altogether.
Apart from Kean coming back, that's probably the worst situation I could imagine.

Sounds like we have options on a lot of players contracts and will take them up.
Nyambe, JRC and Rothwell are the mains ones.
Bennett, Johnson, Downing, Bell, Evans, Holtby, Mulgrew and Chapman also all out of contract.
Surely Evans, Mulgrew, Downing and Bennett will be allowed to leave?

Its very obvious rovers are going to struggle today. Cardiff are a massive side physically and will play to their strengths. Set pieces are a worry with us having such a small side. Hope we are up for the battle.
😂

If Mowbray is still in charge, what's the betting Bennett becomes our number 1 right back?

Wouldn’t surprise me if they are given until the end of season, either that they’ll be gone next week
The problem with sacking him next week is, what if (by some miracle) we win tomorrow? Unlikely to sack him after a win, surely?

Assume Mowbray will set us up to lose now the fans have rumbled the Coventrio's little game.
So, same set up as normal then....

Yer I think you're on the right lines with this. Somethings not right here. Pretty sure he was nearing a return towards the end of Feb. Not heard a peep out of anyone since then.
I doubt we will see him again this season and then probably a pay off in the summer with no real explanation.
Would be a total waste of money if that's how it goes.
