  1. Well his conversation with you, whether it happened or not, has already been proved to be unreliable. So if you did have this conversation with him then what he comes out with when he lives in unlikely to be the entire truth.
  2. I think the clubs are still working out the fee.
  3. I still would love him to stay. He's a top quality right/left back and we will struggle to replace him and it is a shame to see him go. Obviously I'm disappointed that a player is leaving our club simply because he wants more money, but that is his prerogative. Having said that, I think we are now in a great position in terms of getting the most out of this deal as we can. West Ham will know that they probably aren't in a position to get Neill to sign a pre-contract agreement at this stage due to their league position and so if they want to sign him they will have to do it now. This is even more important when you consider that they need to sign people in order to help them improve their league position. I think we could easily see this fee pushed up beyond the £1.25 million that was being talked about, we know that West Ham have money and they'll probably have to produce the goods if they really want their man.
  4. Here's the thing though, would you leave your very safe company who are probably offering you a very good deal in order to move to a company who are near to bankruptcy and who, despite the slightly larger wages, will at best be hoping to get to the level that you have already achieved at the company that you are already at.
  5. Don't forget the axe. Oh, and yes there is, Newcastle.
  6. You aren't Nayef, but I am sure that everyone is well aware of my opinion regarding this transfer.
  7. Saw Babel last night and I have to admit that I didn't enjoy it all that much. All seemed rather pointless.
  8. I have my fair share of albums that now sit proudly on my shelf as cds that I will never listen to again and can't believe that I ever wasted money on; though I must admit that Limp Bizkit is probably towards the top of that list.
  9. Obviously the two earlier bids were not accepted.
  10. If this is true and we do really want to keep him (and I'm sure that we do), then I think now would be the time to put another offer on the table.
  11. Good to see that you haven't changed the team much then.
  12. Totally agree with that drummer boy, really not a signing that I want to see happening and I don't think Dunn is deserving of what is essentially a third chance to sort himself out.
  13. I have to admit that I'm not that impressed by COD 3 on the 360, but maybe I just haven't played it enough yet. Has anyone played NHL 2K7, NBA 2K7 or Lost Planet? They are all games that I think I will be getting but I am not quite sure.
  14. They aren't required to accept the offer unless he has a clause, which he doesn't have.
  15. I agree Cocker, I will not be happy if this move goes through.
  16. I think he's done pretty well over the past few games. He isn't a great player, but he does the job he's asked to do and doesn't make too many mistakes. He's not a Tugay, but then neither is Dunn. I just don't see the point in signing a player who will simply not be able to hold down a place in the first team. He isn't good enough to play out wide for us and I can't see him knocking either Tugay or Savage out of the side, especially when you consider the number of injuries he picks up.
  17. Haha, for whatever reason Cocker this game just doesn't like you.
  18. I wouldn't. At least Mokeona doesn't get injured and will compete.
  19. Very good business...for Birmingham.
  20. No he hasn't, the last few pages were all just people having a bit of a joke and talking nonsense. We do that sometimes.
