AndyNeil Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 As the title says, I am looking to share an office with somebody in Blackburn Town Centre. I have identified an office, and am looking to split the cost with somebody who works for themselves - it is less than £200 pcm 'all in'. If you are interested please PM me.

I'm not interested, as I'm a student, but (for some reason) am interested as to whether you get replies. Let us know! Good luck.
unluckymorton Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Why Blackburn town centre? Surely there are other options that are far more commercially viable? I assume you'll not have many visitors to your office? Parking will be almost impossible. I also will be looking for office space in the Blackburn area in the not too distant future but my plans will be to stay well away from the centre.
AndyNeil Posted December 15, 2009 Author Posted December 15, 2009 Whats the business you have set up? I provide Accountancy, Limited Company Formation, Payroll and Self Assessment Tax Return services ... so all you self employed people out there who haven't got their Tax Return sorted yet Why Blackburn town centre? Surely there are other options that are far more commercially viable? I assume you'll not have many visitors to your office? Parking will be almost impossible. I also will be looking for office space in the Blackburn area in the not too distant future but my plans will be to stay well away from the centre. I am a 'one man band' at present and most of the serviced offices available aren't a viable option (basically to big) ... There is plenty of short time street parking around the Richmond Terrace / Suddell Cross area of the town centre so all in all ideal for what I need at present. When I rule the world, I might need to upgrade but there is no point having a great big 'out of town' office when I don't need it.
AndyNeil Posted December 18, 2009 Author Posted December 18, 2009 Hows business so far jw? Not to bad thanks ... the last 12 months haven't quite gone to plan, but hopefully 2010 should see a real upturn in business. The most difficult thing is getting and keeping the business name out there, and to that extent considering which form of advertising / marketing gives you the best ROI is very important - any EVERYBODY wants a slice of that cake (isn't that right ROAMING ROVER ) If you don't mind me asking, why the interest?
