Clitherover Posted November 10, 2016 Posted November 10, 2016 EFL Cup is what was the League Cup and Checkatrade Trophy (aka EFL Trophy) is what was the Johnstone's Paint Cup but they have added B teams from the Premiership and Championship. It's all a bit silly to be honest.
