Herbie6590 Posted May 7 Posted May 7 In this special 30th Anniversary episode we recall the heady days of 1995 (& in so doing snub Rudy Gestede..!). If you were around, this is shameless nostalgia, if you weren't, this is what it once was like when a Rovers owner used to "Think Big!". Join host & producer Ian Herbert as he chats with former PL referee (& Rovers season ticket holder) Tony Leake and fellow Rovers fans Katharine McNamara, Michael Taylor & Roger Whiteside. We recall the highs/lows & the tension of that final week...do you have the bottle to listen to the end? 😉 There's only one Jack Walker. Thanks to The Terrace for their support. LISTEN HERE 3 Quote

Bronzed A Donis Posted yesterday at 19:36 Posted yesterday at 19:36 Listened to this on the way home from work today. All the contributors were great, really captured the feeling. Some great tales as well. Roger perfectly put how I've explained it for years at the end, we're similar in age and it was really nice to hear that affirmation about what Blackburn felt like to live in, the town was alive and it's difficult to explain that buzz there was, but I think he put it beautifully. 4 Quote
