I don't think a single player had a good.game. Mcfadzean and Tronstad were okay. Other than that, the rest were all shit.
Embarrassing.

I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.
Absolutely clueless tonight.

Well, that's it then. The brave new world, the Director of Football model, a manager who got us to 7th and promised to build on that this season - all gone.
As others have said, sadly, JDT provably needs to go. He's had the life sucked out of him by the parasites systematically destroying the club.
These fuckers are always one step forward two steps back. I had hope with this new set-up and yet, within a season and a half it's imploded.
Just do the right thing for once. Sell the club and fuck off - oh, and take all your useless acolytes with you.

thomphil.. I'd quit while you're not ahead if I were you.
Don't think they fund an academy either, just saying...

Patronising.
You clearly hadn’t understood the context of my post.
You are entitled to your opinion, but mine remains that Broughton is another chancer, typical of Venkys reign.
Given the constantly moving goalposts he's having to work within, I'd say your opinion is wrong (imo of course).
Now if you want to talk about Waggott..

Had no reason to put it on table , so yes , he talked in detail on Sammy, as some sort of personal triumph of how we were operating better prior to a DOF in the transfer market .
I'm sure Mark Fish who was in the meeting will confirm this too
Sounds bizarre and completely unprofessional. Give me Broughton over Waggott any day of the week...

As much as I abhor Coyle and love Berg the player I have to admit Berg the manager was a car crash.
Appleton was a bore.
I'd describe Lambert as being all fur coat and no knickers.
Bowyer was okay, but as someone else said earlier, there's an argument he should have done better with the squad he had, at least before the fire-sale.
Mowbray outstayed his welcome but I guess stabilised us.
JDT - I like a lot but sadly, looks like we won't see him around long enough to complete the 'project'.
7. Berg
6. Coyle
5. Appleton
4. Lambert
3. Bowyer
2. Mowbray
1. JDT
Appleton is lucky to make 5 and I'm surprised to see Mowbray make no. 2 but I see it more of an indictment of the quality elsewhere on the list.

Interesting article. Still deciding my rankings but thought it might instigate a lively debate.

One change, Wharton for Hyam.

No reason we can't get 3 points tonight and go 3 wins on the bounce.
Obviously depends on which Rovers turns up though..

Good that Siggy is starting. Frustrating that Pears isn't dropped despite numerous recent errors. Either Wahlstedt isn't up to much in JDT's eyes, which would be really worrying, or the manager is lacking some required ruthlessness.
Given what we've seen of JDT's tenure so far I think it's fair to say he doesn't lack ruthlessness when he feels it's required.

Great result, mediocre performance.
Started brightly and then became far too passive. The defence deserves credit as does Pears. Great goal by Hedges. That's just confirmed for je that I'd much rather keep him than Dolan.
7 points from 4 games is a decent start but we do look threadbare and definitely need 2 or 3 more in.

Be the first time in a while since I’ve wanted Luton to win, but I’d rather that than a draw against Millwall today.
I'd go drawer personally. Keeps both clubs in touching distance.

Sounds more like a yellow lining…
Given this additional information, I’d be contacting the club for a refund of the travel costs.
Link below in case you want it:

I understand your point but why should the club be liable for neanderthal like behaviour of fans?
It feels like there's no personal accountability these days - pissing in carrier bags and throwing them downstairs tells you everything you need to know about these reprobates.

Heckinbottom has just been on the radio saying that they're going to ask Citeh if they're willing to waive that rule.
Why the fuck would city give a permission increasing the strength of their opposition (not that they're beating Citeh anyhow), beggars belief.
I'd also add it's their own fault for being too reliant on loanee's. Thankfully, we've gone the other way and, bar Morton & Thomas, the team which has got us to where we are is pretty much our own.

Thoughts now after FT?
To be honest Joe the performance from most of the starters was disappointing so not sure you can pick out Pickering. Having said that Brittain did make a difference when he came on.
As a player I do like Brittain a lot , was just making the point that if you perform you keep the shirt. What that means for Sunday and the cup is now anyone's guess after the Stoke performance and JDT has some thinking to do when deciding which 11 start...

It definitely was on him but all 3 goals have been total avoidable.
