Given the results tonight - we would have been stuffed without these wins.
Indeed - we'd be down by now under Appleton or Berg.
-
Good lad Gary bowyer
Yes - back to back wins seemed absolutely impossible a fortnight ago.
-
Since the beginning of the Premier League no team has ever been relegated from our current division with 53 points.
-
If Bolton win tonight we can kiss the playoffs goodbye.
-
Barnsley 1-0 up, that doesn't help. We have to win now.

Kelvin's son has been in touch. I hope people don't mind, or think it morbid, if I pass on the information...
"My father was 66 years old and with no health problems, so it has come as a shock to us all. He took pride in giving me all the information from this site, and i didn't know if he spoke rubbish or not to you guys!
He suffered a shock heart attack at 7am this morning and leaves behind his Loving wife of 28 years, and three children, 24,26 and 29 respectively. It would be nice if you did post something.
Thank you for your kind words.
Kind Regards
Ben"
From my point of view, "Kelbo" was one of the really good guys and his contributions - public and private - will be sorely missed. 66 is no age these days and my heart goes out to his wife and family.
RIP mate.
Thanks to both you and Ben for posting.
I can't remember Kelbo ever falling out with anyone - and on here that's rare as hens teeth. Good bloke, will be missed.
-
This is desperately sad. Feeling very choked ready this.
Best wishes to his family, I hope they can take some small solace is knowing how liked and respected he was on here.
RIP Kelbo.

Feels like a lifetime ago. What a player.

Friday Night Lights is amazing - great show!!
Just started watching Friday Night Lights, about halfway through the second season. Great show.
Currently rocking a huge man-crush on Tim Riggins.
-
What's going to be the main event there?
-
A couple of years later and Lesnar wouldn't have got near the UFC title. He thrived in a weak era, he wouldn't even be a top 5 HW now.
-
Pretty much yeah. You can't beat botching a shooting star press in the main event of Wrestlemania.
-
The only other forum I discuss wrestling on is neogaf which is manly a gaming forum
Most inappropriate typo ever.
-
Darrener, who is that botching a springboard in your gif?
-
I saw a wrestling match where the guy threw dust in the opponents eyes, an old ploy.
Mr Fuji did it to Bret Hart at Wrestlemania 9. Those were the days.

Mayweather was always going to be too much for Pac anyway. It may have more chance of happening now Pac may have to give up a little bit of ground. Floyd would make him look silly, he wouldn't be able to hit him.
-
Sad end for Ricky. That was a tough opponent for a comeback after 3 1/2 years.
-
Why? It's only coke, not doing anyone any harm. You probably cross loads of people every day that have done it.
I hope he wins on Saturday, British boxing needs him at the moment.
I think Gav's point was he wasn't training as hard and cleanly as he could, meaning those spending thousands to go to Vegas were less likely to get their money's worth from following him.
That said, I thought the drugs stuff was after the Pac fight?

I meant Ferguson was better than Arteta as well......although both Tugay and Arteta were much better in England......but my point was Ferguson keeping Tugay out of the Rangers side was justified.
It's keans that Ferguson (or anyone else) kept Tugay out of the Rangers side anyway. Tugay only signed for Rangers halfway through the season 1999-2000, played a handful of games that season and then played plenty the season after. Ferguson only played a handful more than him that season, and Tugay played more games than Albertz, DeBoer and Van Bronckhorst, all in the season before he joined us. He played plenty of times for Rangers, until he realised Dick Advocaat was a bellend.
-
No they don't.

I assumed there was a fitness reason why Edinho was being selected ahead of him, but it appears from his comments that isn't the case.
Rochina publicly said he was fit before the Ipswich game, yet Kean said yesterday he was injured.
-
Givet doesnt surprise me, I once played roulette with him in a casino in Manchester, he was chucking £50 notes away like he'd wiped his arse on them. I say playing, I spent most of the time watching and threw in the occasional fiver.
They are a squad of young lads, supressing them would be counter active. What is needed is a manager who stands a level above them and they have respect for. He can decide where to draw the line - rather than being the ring leader.
Can anyone seriously remember another Premier League manager being done for drink driving?!
-
He's good enough to get goals at this level, and thats all we need from him right now.
-
Always disappointing when the incredible achievements of an athlete come under suspicion.
Regarding drug testing, do they not have random unannounced testing like other sports?
It does seem bizarre that someone who has beaten cancer and won the TDF 7 times wouldn't want to fight this.

Can anyone make sense of this for me...?
