Personally, I'd go for Ian Evatt who has a high reputation as a young coach with his progressive playing style at the clubs he's managed at. He helped rebuild Bolton to help them fly high in League 1. The question is, would he want to trade that for life at Blackburn? 😂A definite "NO!!!!" Would you if you were in his position?

Jack Vale came on as an 80 minute substitute for Motherwell and scored their 5th goal in a 5-0 demolition of Ross County tonight.

Loved that comedy. He looked very young compared to the rest.
The oldest was Private Godfrey; old enough to be Pike's grandad.
Anyway, R.I.P. Mr Lavender "Stupid boy!"

3-2 Rovers. Gilsenan with his second.
Glad to see you give the Rovers score first even if they are playing away. When mentioning our score it should always be first even if we were playing on the moon.

Just a minor update... And one that has blown my mind.
Some of the forms needed to register McGuire were lying on top of the fax machine and hadn't been sent. Whether these were visa, international clearance/registration I do not know. The club sent all relevant forms to the EFL and went ahead with the announcement. It wasn't until hours later that this was discovered thus creating the mess we are now in.
I wish it was satire. An incredibly embarrassing situation that has created a whole host of finger-pointing and infighting. Heads will roll, it's just unclear which buffoon will be made the scapegoat.
This reminds me of the film "Schindler's List"where Schindler employed all the young jewish children to make ammunition for Hitler's war effort but during the night he himself went into the factory to make a mess of their expert work so that not a single shell or bullet would get to Hitler's army.
Who's faffing around with fax machines? Suhail?

So who do you discuss our concerns with? To me it's like discussing with the drug barons how to clean up an area and make it drug-free.

Warnock, Potter, Cooper, Eustace. Any of those would give this squad a shake up and instil some fight. Worth trying.

I would have had Leonard instead of Markanday on the bench.

Strange reply. Not sure why you're trying to poke fun at a fellow fan to defend the Wrexham commentators who were denigrating our home support. You Welsh or something?
?Que?

I cannot understand why most think Moran had a poor game. I thought he played as well as most. The poor players that I saw were Sigurdsson and Telalovic. Markanday wasn't on long enough to form an opinion.

Be fair, it's hard to do arithmetic when you're balls deep in a sheep.
Never had that experience. Perhaps you will tell us what it's like, BB.

That double save by Pears was crucial. All playing well except Sigurdsson. He is not the same quality as the rest.

I get you.
But he's then impacting the development of our own players.
If he helps us avoid relegation that's more important.
Sorry. Didn't recognise the sarcasm.

Unlike Rev, I'd have him back on loan. Hope we get a good price with good add-ons if he goes.

Don't forget it's a 7:30 kick-off.

Whenever he smiled, which he often did, I thought "What a lovely big set of dentures he's got". I'm sure I'm wrong but they really look false.

I totally agree. It’s very wearing. As you say, with no light at the end of the tunnel and bring on a very slippery slope it is very depressing.
When one’s mood is governed by the ups and downs of Rovers fortunes it is very difficult. As I have been Rovers fan for 60 years now, I’m starting to feel that for my own well-being, I need to “let go”. But they’re in my blood, so it will be very difficult and may not be possible.
Rovers consume too large a part of my day for my own good. I feel like Venkies are literally slowly killing me with their actions and attitude, but I know i won’t be able to change and that in itself is even more depressing.
I think that now is the time for Venkies to sell up and go and we’ll just have to live with the consequences. We have to start moving forward again no matter where that starting point eventually is.That's me as well. Exactly that.

WBA v Wolves has to be the tie of the round. It's like Rovers v Burnley.

Is Waggott a director? I thought he was an employee with the title of CEO.
