  1. going to get mine later next week, if push comes to shove, will sit in their end if we sell out
  2. you surely cant be that drunk u cant type properly.....
  3. Yes, he missed it! Good player though and still is good enough to make the team. Never let left footers take penalties. Their record is not good. OI i take a good penalty and im a lefty
  4. why nerve wracking? its only a friendly The others are right, sarcasm is very difficult on here. sure is
  5. when he had a worse lack of options than we currently have at our disposals now
  6. Call me crazy but that suspiciously looks like our likely starting eleven for the season. Could Souness be prepaing to give Douglas an outing as our new right back in the coming months? From the apparent 2nd XI that played the first match, it's interesting to note that Tommo played central midfield and Gresko as a left winger. I don't think Souness has ever played those two in these new positions before. Or maybe your reading too much into the fact its a friendly, he needs to get everyone a game, so where else can he shove Gresko. God forbid if he ever plays on the wing
  7. we use stuff like it at work and im always getting LOCKED inside buildings its worse when you leave the keys in office and try get back in
  8. they are easy to use, same as the passes we use at work
  9. well they are obviously doin their job fine to wind you up, as it seems. They have got our attention, and business, so I probably suspect they are laughing more at people like you than how 'false' the story could be
  10. soueyisgod what on earth are you talking about? If you had bothered to either learn to read you would have seen that i live in Portugal im not on holiday, as for my drinking habits what on earth has that got to do with you??!!!! As it goes im T-total only having a glass of wine on my birthday or at xmas, but was merely using my comments to diffuse any ill feeling before some mindless fool with the iq of an amoeba got the wrong idea, but still your here now, and yes you have the wrong idea, well done. I don't like being called a yob by someone who does not know me, never met me and based on there childish message isnt likely to unless i happen to return to a youth club somewhere on juice bar disco night. So in your opinion acting like a typical yob is where people talk about older players, younger players and player performances...... strange I don't recall reading to much about that sort of behaviour on the news when there wrecking bars etc, are you sure you understand what a yob is, i recommend having a look at http://dictionary.reference.com/ for the word yob, then await your explanation as to how you think i am one. Granted i mentioned the word beer, drink and port though i didnt realise anyone who touched either of these instantly becomes a yob.. crumbs thats all of the ex-pat community in Portugal if thats the case, funny how i haven't heard about all these yobs on the tv/paper/net etc. May i suggest you engage your brain before motoring your mouth off before you post next time. hey just cos you cant drink all day dont call anyone who can OK!
  11. just like Bolton last season then eh? I will just say that over and over, infact EVERYONE say it in their heads Bolton Bolton Bolton
  12. did Bolton have much pace? Liverpool? Man U (apart from Rio) NOT REALLY
  13. And hes performed well without pace, infact was a revelation when he came back from injury. Hes my first choice defender anyway.
  14. What is it with you and pace? Did we need pace when Short and Berg made us finish 6th? infact... name me one 'pacey' defender we have had in the past few years, or more importantly, when we needed one really bad. As far as im concerned the players. Owen scores a lot against us granted, but I cant really remember the last time we were 'ripped' in half by pace, if anything its down the wings we seem to be vunerable to pace. I remember that genius Malbranque ripping us to bits down the right, Diouf down the left so if we can address that part of defence we should be ok.
  15. If Nissa ever gets good enough to replace Short I will platt p!ss
  16. I think it could be a good signing hope it happens
  17. Unspectacular, with a liking for picking out row z in the Walkersteel/Jack Walker stand with his passes. Great free kick against Portsmouth away in the promotion season though. I nicknamed him 'Hoof' when he was at Rovers
  18. Disagree. Carrick and Ferguson are TOO similar. Both want to play in front of the back four and be the team's playmaker. Neither prefer to get forward to support the strikers and get goals. I don't think Carrick has the mental strength to make it as a top Premiership player. That as well as his propensity to get injured. West Ham fans got on his back in their relegation season and the guy disappeared. If he wasn't injured, he was avoiding the ball. No, we have Ferguson and Thompson, and then there's Donnelly, Flitcroft and probably Douglas and Tugay. So we're not short of central midfield players. Unless of course, Thommo or Ferguson have further set backs whilst recovering from injury. Just hope Tommo's knee is better lot of conflicting rumours it would, sincerly hope not
  19. 'Freak On A Leash' is top by Korn. Just got new Faithless and Charlatans albums. Cant stop listening to Keane though, specially since local re-opened. 'Untitled 1' is a good song off it
  20. 'My Sacrifice' was a good song, just took me 20 mins to remember it after playing the song in my head
  21. FAR SUPERIOR ****MUSE selling head on**** Lot more powerful songs, some very catchy tunes (Hysteria is fuppin amazing track). Some very apocalyptic songs (Sing For Absolution, Apocalypse Please). All in all another good album from the best british band around, they just get better and better. Cant wait to see them on stage at Glastonbury. Just done a big Aussie/US tour and very well liked over there
