  1. Yes you are right BTW you never told me if you were a merchant banker or not. Just curious.
  2. I totally agree with that, but dont forget all these people are perfect. Aussie Rover or whatever your called, when was the last time you went to a rovers match?. You seem to be incapable of answering any questions, i think the heat is going to your head mate. Perth Airport mate. Bring it on. Answer my questions..go on do it
  3. Well you would believe that wouldnt you, considering that you are one of the 17. Well I can't vouch for this BRFCC bloke but I know for a fact that a few on that list don't deserve to be banned and if they are our club is losing loyal supporters who have done nothing wrong. Please explain.
  4. Doubt it mate. Theyll be hiding behind behind their lawyer or their mummy.
  5. You can paint it the colour of the rainbow for all I care. You wouldnt give a toss what I thought or be capable of answering why I asked if you should paint it some other colour. AlanK I think nailing to floorboards is too kind on these guys. How about a stint in Abu Ghabbi prison (or however you spell it)?
  6. Oh dear It seems the 17 or their apologists are making their way onto this MB. As they seem incapable of answering any questions...skilled and groomed by their lawyers at the local nick so practice makes perfect...I'll refrain from trying to elicit any sensible response to questioning
  7. If it was a criminal case, surely it would mean that in some way we have broken the law and for a criminal case they would have substanial evidence which could lead to inprisonment . 10 Bolton Hooligans have bee sent to prison for 2 years same with Stoke, Millwall, Coventry, West Ham, and many others i should imagine. That is because they had been causing riots. That has not happened in Blackburn for how long, you tell me!. Well you still managed to avoid answering my question. Perhaps you and your mates are good at avoiding the police and can afford good lawyers? Thus the police resort to pursuing a civil action against you?? I'm not trying to be the judge here just questioning what sort of response you seek to your questions. So you are agreeing that the police are incompetent, For one thing nobody can avoid the police at a football match. I think that has just proved my point they have to resort to a civil case because they cant catch the suspected hooligans doing anything wrong with all the uniformed police officers, police spotters, police evidence gatherers CCTV, eye witnesses and the popular police camera crew. Surely nobody can avoid that. Ah but aren't todays hooligans pretty smart in some ways? The difference between a civil and criminal action please?

  9. I asked you and Trim Trabb or whoever to clarify a civil wrongdoing from a criminal one. I wait with baited breath.
  10. Heard of the law of torts? Equates to a civil wrongdoing but a different burden of proof. I would suggest hooliganism is at the best a civil wrongdoing and at the worst a criminal offence. Your opinion?
  11. Does the ban apply to all football grounds?
  12. Who thinks that the removal of Saddam was a good idea? At least he seemed to have things under control?
  13. 5 million pounds, if spent correctly, to eradicate a cancer aka football hooliganism from the game enjoyed by millions seems a justifiable sum. I believe the judge was criticising the time frame involved in the case as opposed to the banning orders sought against the alleged hooligans.
  14. BRFCC are you reet hard or just a merchant banker?
  15. http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/...urn_Hughes.html Apologies if already posted but confirms hes in charge right away.
  16. I ticked the yes option as he wasn't my first choice.Having said that I don't really know who my first choice would have been. Like others I'm a little apprehensive about the appointment with part of me fearing another Kidd type scenario. However as he is now the Rovers manager he has my full support and I wish him all the best because my god we are gonna need it with the squad he's inherited.
  17. Fingers crossed across the pond. I hope the Welsh FA tell us to get stuffed. Dream on. It'll be along the lines of we reluctantly announce... As for the tranny comment have a lovely version of Jack and Jill but I wont post it
  18. According to the http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/...urn_Hughes.html Roach had obviously spoken well before 4pm as Sporting Life were reporting it at at roughly 1pm your time.
  19. http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/...urn_Hughes.html Apologies if already posted.
  20. I currently stand to win about £20 if Hughes is the new manager, about £100 if it's either Strachan or Dowie, about £150 if its Moyes, and about a grand if it's Martin O'Neill (£2 at odds of 580 on betfair)! There will be some singing in the streets of Sale if Martin O'Neill joins I can tell you. Obviously I lose a bundle if it's anyone else!! It's going to be Keegan I'm afraid to say. He's been seen at the petrol station on Preston New Road..the Samlesbury one I think..oh and he's a good mate of JW.
  21. MB'S Hughesy credibility out to a 100-1 on Betfair. You heard it here first! Worth a tenner?
  22. Trouble is I think he believes it himself as well Ossydave. A scary thought That reminds me I just got a text message off my cousin in the TO...she says its Dowie
  23. http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/...les_Hughes.html I guess he hasn't ruled out job sharing though?
