  1. If that's what is needed then yes - but remember not every ground had fences and some grounds including ours still have perimeters. What if the fences were so high they impeded an escape in the event of a crush?
  2. If standing areas are to be re-introduced should fences at the pitch edge and perimeters also be reintroduced?
  3. There is no choice when it comes to sitting - the rules state you must sit ! So it is NOT Jims choice to sit that is the issue.. more YOUR choice to break the rules and stand ! Agreed. If you want to stand go to Highercroft hill.
  4. Bryan Douglas for me with Noel Brotherston a close second..Noel,Noel..born is the king of Ewood Park....
  5. You are quite right den but we will only get an answer to that when someone who was thrown out posts on here. I can state quite clearly I was told I would be ejected if I did not return to my seat. This during a heated conversation in the FS concourse. Things are truly bad down Ewood way if you were threatened with ejection
  6. He'll be finished by 28..sadly injury riddled and hacked out of the game. In the meantime it'll be interesting to see how many goals he scores for England.
  7. I could read as many books as there are printed on the Rovers. At the end of the day it's only an individuals assessment of a player. So,based on who I've seen, it would have to be Hendry with a Moran a close second. Oh and I'll go 4-4-2.
  8. I haven't recently but Ive seen a few videos of it.
  9. yes of course,i'll post them all up,after all it's only being used as "evidence" in forthcoming court cases Good on you. Then maybe we can all agree with you so that you can sleep easily. After all that's what you want isn't it.? As I've said before tell someone who cares
  10. Would you care to share the full reports on here so we can make an informed decision/comment? Or do we have to put up with your's and others versions of events? After all how can we say whether it's a joke or not?
  11. Have you really? I doubt it. Phone 131114
  12. Beg pardon but where did I mention clothing Linny?
  13. Whoa ah there is some bloody idiotic comments on here especially the post above. Are those defending the 17 privvy to having seen the evidence?
  14. We've also got to assume that not everyone likes football (hard to imagine I know) The obvious positive is that the loyal base appears to have increased' However,as has been stated before, a sizeable minority come along for entertainment of which there has been little recently.
  15. OMG Hughesy beat you to that on another thread. Plus Im sure Middlesborough were relegated.
  16. Saturdays Telegraph http://www.thisislancashire.co.uk/lancashi...NEWSBBN1ZM.html That link goes to something about burglars. But yup the online edition gave the name and addresses of 10 banned..their argument being they couldn't afford a defence. Others are awaiting judgement.
  17. We'll see. Good on him but he's still a long way to go so stop posting out of your arse.
  18. Oh dear how remiss of me to have the audacity to attempt to construct a counter argument to BRFCC's question re the cost of the action. As my views do not sit easily with yours and other posters on this subject then I'd best leave you to it so you can all be in complete agreement. Will make for stimulating reading when I return from the classroom.
  19. Don.. if you want answers to your questions.. <<< CLICK HERE >>>
  20. Well ickle likkle boy I asked you to explain to daddy the difference between a civil and criminal acion. The nasty likkle policeman may suggest a civil action against naughty little boys like you where there is insufficient evidence to proceed with a criminal trial. However its makes those 17 none the less guilty and if a a newspaper see fit to publish their names there must be strong evidence vs them to do so. Naughty little boys that they are.
  21. Yes you are right BTW you never told me if you were a merchant banker or not. Just curious. No, but i seem to remember asking you why are hooligans smarter these days, as it was you who said this. Right thats all your questions answered come on answer that one. I don't recall you asking me that. Are all 17 innocent?
