Hedges is such a solid addition. He's flying this season. -

Have to agree. If you look at it objectively and not in protective mode he has been pretty anonymous. Plenty of time to develop and tonight will have done him no harm but hasn't been in the game at all. -

Don't be harsh on yourself, did you see what our "right back" did in the build up? -

Played a game of 9 a side last night, was all so hectic and frantic. Lads in no set position, running around aimlessly, didn't feel settled at all for the entire game. Sure there was nice pieces of play at times and moments of decent play but it just didn't feel right. Now why has that come to mind tonight I wonder? -

JDTs methods don't point to a man who is figuring things out and showing signs of promise, they look to me like a man who hasn't a clue and is plucking teams out of thin area. The ultimate Russian roulette way of going about things. Bizarre. Lads in the team, then out the squad, then on the bench, then with the under 21s, then starting, then subbed off. Play one game, miss the next. Play up front, play right back. Get a grip of yourself. I'm all for a bit of creativity and thinking outside the box but this is getting worse! -

Hmmmmm not convinced by that team at all but still should be getting the win. JDT still a massive concern for me. No consistency at all either in team selection, team performance or results. This "look at the table" stuff is nonsense it's a weak league and a very fragile position. -

Actually confident of a win here and breaking the odd cycle of win/lose. Should be beating these, at home and off the back of a decent result the weekend. 2-0 Rovers. -

No to Buckley, he's had too many chances. Be interesting to see Garrett get a go, surely he would take great confidence from the opportunity A Wharton and Phillips have got. Is Garrett good enough in your view? -

That's not true, you can be a consistent championship player but not quite prem level. His form recently has been poor, he may struggle to get his place back after this suspension and has made it easy for JDT now not having to drop him. I still have faith in him but be interesting to see how someone else fairs in there but we don't have many options. -

I agree with Szomdics yes, thought he really put a shift in and out himself about and got stuck in. Dolan gave the ball away a few times too cheaply and offered little in terms of retaining possession. Should also have made the game safe but for an awful touch which should have been routine for any pro footballer. -

So what are you saying? Today he got destroyed by a quality right back, can happen alot of players. Other weeks he seems to struggle against any opponent that has even a slight bit of pace or trickery. Let's not pretend that today was a once off because Jones is quality. He is a concern most weeks. Would love to see us invest in a solid left back cause the rest of our defence is very good imo. A capable left back and we would be set. -

You could have Robertson in front of Pickering and the outcome would be the same. He's not up to it end of story. Brittain has never been destroyed in his time at Ewood. In the same period HP has been multiple times. It shouldn't even be up for debate anymore. We were lucky second half and most of the danger came down the left. It's far to easy to beat HP, not even a contest at times, you sometimes see his man 4-5 yards ahead of him after dropping his shoulder. He doesn't sense danger, he seems oblivious to overlaps and constantly watches the ball. Nothing personal but it's our weakest position. -

There was the best part of 40 mins to play at that stage. He was awful second half when they upped it, they got in countless times down the left. No way of sugar coating it. -
