2-3 changed needed. Let's see it JDT, I do have faith he has the balls to do it. TM was far too soft on protecting egos. -

Pickering does everything is slow motion. Ball over the top was on and he checks back, gets closed down then decided to play the ball he could of done initially. -

Transfer Window - COMPLETE. Where’s Gregg?

He's a kid. Kids can be big but let's be clear, at 17, he is a kid. I never mentioned anything about him not being good enough or old enough? 🤣 -

You wonder if after making his debut and the feel good factor around ewood at the moment if it has clouded Phillips and his inner circles judgement to our benefit. He is only a kid and will be way more excitable and immature for want of a better word and it's possible to get carried away and jump the gun on signing a deal. His parents etc will also be buzzing and ok a massive high, even for big money it is difficult to up sticks and head to London only to be playing u23s football and nowhere near the first team. You just have to hope and wonder if our lack of planning previously and lack of bodies forcing us to play a talented kid may have ironically got us to keep hold of a future star. -

I think the romance factor on the Phil Jones talk could be skewing people's judgement and even I have gone back and forth, id probably leave him if it was even remotely possible. Confidence seems shot and very little game time, this squad seems very tight knit and hungry. Not sure how Jones or similar would work in the dressing room. No point getting in people for the sake of it as others have said but we still should be identifying available defenders that will be squad players too, need to plan forward, at the minute the approach from the club and for the last few years seems to be "sure we don't need a left back...we have one". Competition for places cannot be underestimated, there is too many positions in the team whereby if we get an injury there is a massive gulf in quality in the deputy. Needs addressing. -
The highlights started at 3pm my good man.😎

Clearly referring to myself on the Nyambe part. When did it become so taboo to mention a player that was contracted to the club up to a few weeks ago. Is it not allowed to highlight that recent players may have been useful or come in handy when they have recently departed when to some it seemed quite avoidable? Strange approach if so. Saying "letting X go seems a mistake even more now as we needed a goal, a clean sheet" or whatever.

What a gutsy display that was today. A well needed rest now and go again. Can't rely on the lads out there doing that every 3-7 days. Massive 2 weeks coming up. Keep hold of Ben and bolster the squad and we can absolutely dream.
-
I'm a fan of Brittan, also a fan of Nyambe. Definitely too early to make that statement though.
-
What are you talking about move on? It's more highlighting out need for bodies.
-
I would argue he definitely did. The club completely mismanaged the situation. A great lad by all accounts and a great option
-
Wouldn't it have been nice to have the rock solid, versatile, academy product Ryan Nyambe available today. Despite needing defenders DESPERATELY today, it's also healthy to have competition for places.
-
Think it was the right call. There was 30 mins of regular time left or there abouts.
-
Ayala was absolutely fuckin immense!!
-
Looked like cramp or maybe a slight strain. Didn't look serious to me and was walking on the pitch after the game
-
Super tackle from Morton there. Invaluable time killer!

Jesus we've been cynical today 😬
