I was going to argue the case for Matteo but with such blinkered views on age, injuries, etc there really isnt much point. Matteo has been excellent for Leeds since his move from Liverpool. He has been dominant in the games I have seen him in and was excellent against Rovers in each game he has played against us in the last few years. And on top of that will people stop judging NEJ on a few left back appearances, and judge him when he comes into his own.....he is only young in terms of a centre half, Craig Short was at Notts County and then Derby until he was nearly 30!!!!!!

Let's hope the current squad have the BOTTLE this season. Tim Flowers - Top bloke, he didnt deserve what happened at Rovers. Watching him at Oldham that night, he knew he was out, me and my bro were gutted for him. Good interview too. Nice one Alan.

how are we going to get rid of the majority of the squad and fund a re-building exercise? we have no transfer money, we are making a massive loss because of poor gates and the only players worth anything we would want to keep!!!
