  1. wakefieldrawks did you see the game last night? He would get the ball and then stand still in front of the defender, I am pretty sure that he tripped himself up while standing still at one point and then fell into touch.

Yes I saw the game. You cant lambast a player who has had a few 5 min sub appearances and expect him to come on at half time and perform like a trojan. It doesnt help when we have the forwards who'd look more at home if a tv and sofa were planted in front of the goal.

  2. Gallagher is not a Premiership player on this season's showing.

I think Hughes was as brassed off as anyone........let's hope he can sort it out before the weekend!

Gallagher has had about 100 mins of Premiership football all season, probably not even that!. Cant believe people are slagging him off  Where as it takes MGP nearly a third of a season of crapiness before people stop sucking his cock!

Hughes should just give up on Nonda now, and use that place in the squad to ease Derbyshire into action.

  3. Nonda is just lazy thats his problem, I really think he does care and wants to succeed at Rovers but hes just a player who will never chase down balls if he doesnt have to, he also seems to be getting slower and slower. I think Nonda mainly gives up on balls because he knows his pace is not what it used to be.

I dont think Roberts returning will solve the striker situation, Roberts just isnt a good enough finisher for a team who create so little chances.

Peter looks like he will become nothing more then a average winger, to be fair Id rather MGP was given the chance to refind his form then Peter.

Heres hoping Jeffers is fit for the next game!

Hope Hughes goes for Eastwood in January.

  4. Wakefielrawks has a major obsession with Pedersen. Sure he has played poorly, and arguably should be dropped, but Rawks appears to get some satisfaction in constantly abusing him. Not sure what the point of it is.

Yes major satisfaction in a player not performing to their potential and taking up a valuable place in the team, when other fringe players could get a chance to prove themselves.

If you think Im knocking Pedersen you should take a look at other teams forums. The current Arsenal forum have got Henry down as past it and needs stripping of the captaincy!

I think us Rovers fans are VERY patient with some of the players underperforming, if Morten was at spurs or newcastle the fans would be on his back after one poor game.

  5. everybody seems to be having a right pop at zurab the last few weeks?

imo he is a legend, last season he was awsome along side nelsen and took todd's place in the side with his well good performances.

yeah he has had his faults with a few mistakes this season and he did look nervous against feyenoord but once settled he played well along side ooijer i thought.

for the price we paid, he is a bargin and a top player.

it will take time for the perfect partnership at the back with ooijer but the rotating of full backs i dont think is helping the progress.

Team i think hughes will play against fulham:

    friedel

    emerton ooijer zurab neill

    bentley axe savage gamst

    nonda benni

subs: brown, jeffers, peter, henchoz, gray.

i would like to see peter and jeffers starting in place of the axe and nonda but i just cant see hughes doing that.

it would also be tidy to see gallagher and derbyshire make the 16 but here's hoping!!

hughes to get one over his welsh counterpart big stylie!!

    rovers 6-0 fulham

    zurab

    gamst

    emerton

    benni

    savage

    ooijer

everyone is a 'legend' and 'quality' in your book though.

Henchoz looked better in one game then Zurab has looked this season.
