That's it for me. They don't seem to care

The West Brom away game in the last days of JDT's reign was a case in point. The whole lot of them spent 90 minutes jogging around going through the motions

Yet put them in front of TV cameras and Premier League opposition and they pull their tripe out

As I said last night, they're cheating the club and the fans

Hard to argue. This is what happens from years of downgrading and filling your side out with players who won’t be here beyond the season (and I’d include the likes of Gallagher in that whose performance last night was dreadful).

Absolutely woeful from start to finish. Never really looked like scoring and the one goal we did score was a gift from a misplaced Millwall pass.

This is the massive concern. If it hadn’t been for that gift from their defender then we could have played til Christmas and not scored. Newcastle aside, Eustace just cannot get us looking threatening in front of goal at all.

He simply must let the shackles off on Saturday because make no mistake, a draw will not be good enough.

Carter, A. Wharton and Rankin-Costello will get poached.

I don’t think any club could or would take the risk. He can’t string together more than 3-4 games in a row without breaking down.

How we’re crying out for him in this run in. He’s the only other one apart from Fadz and Sammie with a set of bollocks.

Good because I want him out and I don’t want to catch any more grief for it. I genuinely believed we had to win this and Saturday to stay up, because the only other potential win I saw was Sheff Weds at home in the run-in. If we turn up again on Saturday with this attitude, we’ll have stolen a win, if we manage it.

While typing this, his interview came on the Rovers TV feed. I’d share it but it’s too big of a file. Suffice it to say, he’s pleased with the performance, somehow.

I’ve stopped listening to his guff already. It’s nauseating and so far removed from what actually happens on the pitch.

We leak less goals now, but we're not good enough at the other end. Draws aren't going to keep us up, and that seems like the best Eustace can do with this team.

Indeed. ‘If you’re not gonna win it then make sure you don’t lose’ is all well and good when you’re away from home or facing one of the big boys. Not when you’re desperately needing wins against the likes of Millwall at home it’s not.

Not good enough...where is the new Manager bounce?

Touch and go whether this side goes down. Not confident.

I admire the optimism but I’d really suggest it’s not. We’ve won twice in 18 matches - we won’t suddenly start winning a few games.

It was me. He lives across the road from my brother and told him, he is out for 4 weeks with an ankle injury.

I mean, along with Leo being in goal for our most important two games of the season, this is a hammer blow.

That 5-1 on us dropping looks insane to turn down as much as it pains me.

  8. Very well contributed, Ian. Great to see that the likes of Oliver Kay - who from memory has always been fair and supportive of us - have Venky’s back on their radar.

This one snippet is particularly galling:

One source, speaking on condition of anonymity to protect relationships, recalls approaching Mrs Desai with interest from two potential buyers in the mid-2010s and politely being told not to trouble her with such matters again. “We are not interested in selling,” came the message from Pune.

Bar a statement about the McGuire nobody has come out and explained anything to the fans at large.

It's a disgrace in my eyes. I also think it's counter productive as if they explained the issues then I think quite a lot would swallow the party line.

I imagine there will be something that prevents GB from doing his scheduled march transfer review thingy.

I said the same the other day. Namely the fact that we're staring down the barrel. If we don't get at least 4 points this week then I'd put good money on nobody from the club fronting up.

You don't seriously believe anything Mercer comes out with surely? Just his usual made up guff, law of averages say he'll get 1 thing right eventually I suppose.

If he says he’s on gardening leave then I’m more inclined to believe he’s signed a bumper new deal.

we must be the worst run club in the whole of europe,if not the world, there are clubs in the west lancashire league more organised than us

Waggott and Sohail couldn’t oranise a piss up in a brewery. Throw in Gregg & co who seem utterly inept too and we are left with a shit show every single window.

Not that the owners will give a flying one, but we the fans will reap what they’ve sowed for further years of neglect with yet another relegation.
