Those 10,000 will never come back whilst the Chicken Chokers are still ruining the club.

Sorry possibly unpopular opinion, but think your missing out on some of the best football and games in years... the club is what it is, if you take everything away, we are a championship club and have been just shy of the play offs for the last 3yrs..

Personally would say don't let the bitterness of Venkys and thoughts on 'how things used to be' waste available days and times of your life.. just let it go if you can..

Sorry of this sounds condescending its not intended that way

  2. Wahlsted, Tronstad Mom for me

Wharton, Carter, Brittain, Pickering all had very good games

Siggy seems to be getting back to his best

Scott W makes me very nervous when in possession

Sammy was Sammy, full of running and effort, can't fault the guy..

Ennis looked very rusty, but of all the strikers has something.

Leonard not good enough for me, highlighted by the through ball where he was favourite then ended up being second best.

Moran should have been replaced as soon as we went 2-0 up with Dilan. Prob Morans worst game for us.

Of course please with the result as JDT continues, I say continues to PUNCH.. 👊👊👊

One player I cant figure out is Sigurdsson. In the last 2 home games we have looked more balanced after half time when he has been out wide. He isnt that quick but hes more powerful and quicker than the other options and he gives us more directness and width.

He offers us a goal threat much more than the other alternatives, Moran isnt a natural when it comes to scoring and Brittain has something like 1 in 5 years. Sigurdsson has 4 for us I think already and chances do fall to him, he had our best chance today and his header was decent.

There are huge question marks over him too though. He shirks tackles at times, he isnt technically that good and he can be quite cumbersome, his general performance levels havent been particularly good but he does offer a goal threat that none of the other options do. He is almost like an inferior Brereton whereby he isnt the most orthodox, his general play can be hit and miss but he does offer a goal threat.

I also wonder where his long term future lies. Rich Sharpe implied a couple of months back that we had some sort of agreement to extend his contract until 2025 I think. I dont have a clue if that still stands, his deal in Russia ends in May so we could now legally approach him on a pre contract. A mixture of him not necessarily excelling and the budget cuts may have changed things, no idea.

Very very strange with Siggy, he looks a million miles off the player from the first two games.. something is not right

  4. Given the..

    Budget

Our owners / lack of ambition and direction

    Injuries

    Our attendances

We are doing brilliant, today we went toe to toe with a very good team, their quality shone through..

Personally really enjoying the effort and skill / way the team is playing, feel very proud of the boys... will be gutted once JDT moves on.

  5. We played some great stuff again...

We didn't deserve what we got again...

We are a few players short of being a top 6 side there's absolutely no doubt in my mind... the problem statements are:

    1.  Injuries in defence, you could argue We are 1 x defender short, but not often you'll get, JRC, Carter, Hyam and Pickering all injured.

    2.  We are a decent goalscorer short, every man and his dog knows this.

Don't know what's up with Siggy, not the man he once was, probably carrying an injury.
