As I say every week, I wish we had a left footed Brittain to play at LB. He's a fantastic player at this level. Pickering stopped every one of our attacks he was involved with. It must be a dream to line up across from him, he runs like he's got a piano on his back.

Brittain all the tools none of the gile

pickering all the gile non of the tools

Yeah true, perhaps I’m being generous and ‘academy bias’ there.
I just really don’t want to be watching Pears, Wahlstedt, Brittain, Hyam, Buckley, Gallagher next season. They’re all so so so soft, and barely, if at all, Championship quality.

Their quality shouldn’t be a problem next seeing as they won’t be playing in the championship

In all seriousness I can’t name a team in this league I’d fancy us not to lose to at the moment. You need to score goals to get results and apart from Sammi nobody even looks like scoring.

Can young Leonard get a run out again?  It’s appalling how bad Gally is every week. In fact I’d rather us run the U 20s + JRC, Sammy, Carter, and Trondstad out there. We’d at worst see some effort

For me, that was even worse than the Bristol City game. Attitudes appalling all over the pitch. Fucking shambles.

It’s getting very difficult to pick out “the worst” game. But what’s becoming clear is this season is the worst season in half a century. When you consider we were nearly top 6 last year, the performances in the pitch, sold players, and the remaining players attitude and commitment you’d be hard pressed to find a worse 12 months.

What is clear is that the team plays far better when he is in the side ...

In large part because we don’t have any other option. That doesn’t necessarily mean we should look to strengthen…of course that’s hard to do when offering peanuts for wages and fried check for transfer budget

All down to Pears that one. He's cost us today, just as he did at Portman Road.

The performance was decent overall but we have a shocking GK and no attacking quality.

0 wins in the first 10 games for the new manager. Has to be the worst start to a managerial reign at this club ever?

Difficult to win when you can’t score and can’t keep the ball out of the net
