  1. It’s definitely a result that asks more questions than answers.

Feel we are at the end of a long dark tunnel where we have been before and chose the wrong door, will we choose the same wrong door and go down the same path or have lessons been learned to take the right door for progression. I don’t know. We are either going to be the same kind of team as say a Preston, languishing mid- bottom or we take a gamble to be a top 6. My head says mowbray isn’t a gambler

  2. Not bothered that we haven’t paid over the odds for domestic based players, what I’m amazed at is that we had no overseas players looked at or lined up. Mowbray makes a statement saying it’s a market that we must now look at like it’s a new thing, playing us for fools I fear. Scouting network needs improving massively if it’s just been domestic based.

  3. Think a few need to calm down. I don’t think anyone is coming and to be honest I don’t think bursting our summer budget in the hope we sneak into the playoffs and then get through that lottery is worth it. I think the striker links have brushed over the glaringly obvious that our defence needs strengthened more than the forward line. Wouldn’t be surprised if the left field is a defender, back in for Bauer perhaps.

i never expected us to rush the divisions, it’s about baby steps, my issue was we we playing terribly but last few weeks has been a lot better. Happy with what we have up top to see out the season comfortably, maybe blood some youngsters if the playoffs become too big a task in prep for next season. I don’t hold the belief that the division will be stronger next year, bottom 3 in prem the now look odds on and none of them scare me. I’d argue that the bottom 3 of champ are stronger than those coming up too. It’s good being a Blackburn supporter again, please take a deep breath and enjoy it. Don’t run before we can walk

  4. followed Gallaghers career after watching a youth cup game and he scored an absolute screamer at Ewood, thought he was head and shoulders above the other lads his age. Thought he done well here last time bar a moment of lost concentration v Preston. Would be more than happy to have him back, and if so on a perm. Don’t know why the negativity around him personally.

  5.  Not suggesting boro is a nice area no, your completely missing the point. I don’t think players would be excited about living in either area, if your suggesting boro isn’t of a higher standing than us just now then I really must ask you take off the blue tinted glasses. Have been in the prem last few seasons and are always in the promotion shake up. I remind you we were lg 1 last season after years of mismanagement. Green shoots don’t make a rose garden just yet

Better area too. I know those who live here don't rate it but the Boro really isn't attractive and nor are places like South Bank, North Ormesby or other places close by.

Come on lads,  I have never once heard a player say I wanted to move to Blackburn for the buzzing cosmopolitan area, haha. Boro have been above us on the footballing ladder for years now
