how long does the bet24 and lonsdale deals last.amazing
We are two years into a 10 year deal with sportsworld. I doubt the merchandising operation will get any better, but at least Rovers will do well financially out of it.
-
dont suppose anyone knows of an internet site streaming this channel?
That would be a legal site of course as we don't want to get this site in trouble.
-
Checked shirt ?
Yes, and looking incredibly bored. Probably trying to play Champ Man.

What are the parking facilities like at Accrington?
Don't know, dont care as i'll be drinking. I imagine the Crown will be packed out.
Seriously, theres little around the ground now due to residents complaints, so i'd suggest park in the centre and walk up to the ground.

More importantly - from the Stanley Site
Temporary bars behind terraces
Temporary bars will be in place behind both terraces for tomorrow evening's match against Blackburn Rovers, meaning all segregated areas will have access to bar facilities, as well as toilets and catering outlets. As usual no drinks will be able to be consumed in view of the pitch and this will be strictly controlled by the stewards.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday I have to spend all day in the open, literally no shade, discussing bedding plant trials with customers. Being slightly follicly challenged today I'm going to buy a hat - style suggestions welcome!
Sod the hat.. the scouse afro is the way forward.

Yep, its still going.
No shortage of pubs between Whalley Road and Stanley. - Broadway, Hope and Anchor, Castle, Grey Horse, Crown.
-
Does it cost to go into the fan parks????
No, but get there early to ensure you can get in.. the Frankfurt one filled about 45 mins before kickoff
-
I'll be there.. but haven't got a ticket... will have to trust the touts.

In ASCII ffs

Throw-in's I dont mind. Free kicks from set plays (corners and the like) is different, as anything can happen. Wasn't there a famous incident in the 80's ( ), when a ref called time on a game when crucial goal was scored from a corner?
It was involving Wimbledon in the 90's and the ball had been hit before the final whistle was blown. Buggered if I can find anything else tho.

reported earlier in the transfer rumour thread.
To be fair Den, this is now not a rumour so should be discussed on its own.. especially given the B.S. on the rest of that thread.
-
I blame the Drummer.

I understand this type of display of Nazi imagery is illegal in Germany. So they seem to have been dealt with leniently by the German authorities.
What is a joke is that a Rovers shirt is apparently Nazi imagery, as JPW wasnt allowed into the Aus v Japan game with it.

Who's up for a Frankfurt meetup then on the 13th for the Toga game ?
I'll PM my mobile no over.
-
he has to go to ground to show the officials
In other words, take a dive ?
Say what you like, Gerrard isn't a diver.
He either is or he isnt.. make your mind up.
Just to help you.. here are 2 pictures
1) Steven Gerrard
2) A Diver
-
As Den says, keep hold of it and post a couple of days before the game.
PM a mod and somebody will pin it.
-
I'm more shocked you got a transfer rumour correct
-
lancaster bomber has to be the best lager ive ever tried
And its not even a Thwaites brew, its a mitchells one which Thwaites bought
-
Which whilst not normally a bad thing to get shut of Carling, it will probably be a disaster as Thwaites cant brew anything thats not gnats @#/?.
Kaltenburg HELL
-
Not 100% sure as not got a TST.
BUT
from reading the forums on www.soccerphile.com it appears this is normal, as that until its certain where each team would und up playing that they cannot issue tickets. You will be able to collect tickets then from any stadium ticketing centre up until the day before the next match..
