I’m not gallaghers biggest fan and have slated him ALOT this season. However he always puts a shift in against north end and I think we will miss him tonight…Especially when he bagged last game.

When is it the players usually know they’re playing? Instagram & them usually putting posts/stories before hand saying “game day” etc is usually the case that they’re starting (not always). Sorba Thomas has done it so I’d say it’s likely that he’s starting. Which I hope!

Yet I thought he was one of the better players against Norwich. When he’s on form he can be useful however his end product has always let him down, he also tries to hard….so probably agree with you. His negatives out weigh his positives unfortunately…

We need Thomas to start this 100%. Their full backs are slow so his pace will be our advantage. The right team picked here and I’m confident we will get a result.

My point is that after a 1st season with f all support from Transfers we’ve done well. Imagine if we’d appointed Ainsworth or some of the other dross we were linked with? As frustrated & baffled I’ve been with JDT sometimes, I’m looking forward to next season, where the team have adapted and, hopefully, we have some new faces in.

Literally echoing everyone’s comments. The lad is an unreal talent! 1 player can make a difference to a teams performance & I wonder how many more points we’d have if he started more. A big test for him in a derby on Sat. I’m sure PNE will have heard/seen him so will be all over him in the centre. I remember the Bristol City home game after his debut at Blackpool. He just wasn’t same and had a poor game (it happens I know)…hopefully we don’t see a repeat on Sat.

Luton probably yes, Millwall probably not, but we are literally in the same position as them…

I’m confident(ish) about this. I would have same team, with Thomas instead of Diaz and Dolan uptop, in lieu of Gally, who looks to be out.

You really think you would find anyone getting us higher than we currently are with this squad. I don’t reckon so.

I think that was you on the toilet pal. Brittain was awful.

I couldn’t believe people were praising Brittain at half time. He was awful and looked low on confidence. I thought maybe he could react second half…he was even worse!! Bring back Pickering I say.

Yeap, Coventry were awful tonight. Even with the pressure they were putting on us, they were never a real threat. With the last 5 minutes & the constant fouling from us I could see them sneaking something …All too predictable.

I for one am looking forward to seeing the back of Brereton.

& so was Hedges against Norwich…Thomas played 15 minutes…He’s got pace & runs at the opposition. Something which Hedges lacks. Infact there’s no pace in that front 4! Worrying.

Yeah unlucky for him as it’s fallen ever since he couldn’t play in the cup…I rate him!

Would have preferred a 3 man midfield & Thomas to start but really pleased to see A Wharton.

I think SS can play anywhere across the front 4, probably why JDT like him, along with his press. SS as number 9 with Dack behind and Thomas & Dolan on the flanks works for me.
