i'd rather we got Ted Lasso than him ffs
I would love Ted Lasso as manager. "Believe". Plus he got Richmond automatic promotion at the first time of asking

Not at the game, but working outside close by! Am I really hearing what I think I'm hearing from the home fans 🤢🤯 (hope I'm mistaken)
What's that?

For all he has done for the Club I think we should get #GetMowbrayAStatue trending!

What does everyone think of lenihan at RB in a back 4?
I'm shocked at how comfortable he seems in the position, I know he doesn't give us the attacking threat that nyambe or another attacking rb does but he looks and reminds me of an old fashioned rb of yesteryear
Nyambe gives us no attacking threat. He's a bang average Championship full back.

The whole thing mapped out, which is even more pinch of salt kind of guesswork because form will have changed by then, looks like this:

I'm gonna stick my neck out and say we finish on 82 points in 4th.

When I continued to want Mowbray out most people said to me," Look at the league table". After 5 years of Tony Mowbray surely we can see that he is an average manager at best.
Oh how I wish we had Steve Cooper and his backroom boys. Look how he has turned around a struggling side who, last night, played us off the park. Best team (apart from Fulham) to come to Ewood this season.
But we are third with a much smaller budget than anyone around us. Third in a season where we lost Armstrong and Elliott and most of us thought we'd be mid to lower end of the table. Third in a season that we haven't had our best player available for a single game.

Totally agree that sacking him now would be absolutely braindead but I don't see why that comes down to anyone not being behind the team.
The only thing that matters is that the fans are with the team in full support in the stadium and they certainly are. People suggesting that the manager should be replaced does not come down to getting behind anyone.
Because the manager is part of that team too. The players and Tony heard the boos at half time. What is that achieving? Just adding more unnecessary pressure.

Am I seriously reading people advocating the sacking of Mowbray. I was #Mowbrayout for a long, long time but look at where he has taken us this season.
Still in with a great chance of the play offs. Let's get behind the team and manager when they need us most.

Lets hope we win a critical game in our promotion hopes, never mind to sign off an amateur journalist with a win!
He's a top bloke and has worked so hard covering Rovers. He interacts with the fans as well which helps bring the community together. He'll be missed.

Tonight will be Jaquob Crooke's last game as a Rovers reporter. Let's hope we can sign off with a win for him.
-
At the end of the day we're still 2nd. On another day we win that 5-1. Plenty of positives, Giles looks fantastic, Hedges, once he settles in will be an astute bit of business, other than the goal the defence was solid again. We've got Pickering, Dack, Gallagher all returning soon. Let's take it on the chin and move on to Wednesday.

Even more important given Khadra's injury.

I thought Gallagher was fantastic tonight. Diaz wouldn't have done any better. Not only his attacking threat but the work he does in his own box at set pieces too.
Edun looked shaky in the first half but grew into the game and overall dealt well with Jones.
Buckley is just different gravy. The best thing to come out of our Academy in the last decade or more. He'll go to the top.
Scott Wharton is a man mountain of a defender. His reading of the game is sublime.
Trav showed everyone tonight how pivotal he is to any success that we are to have.
Zeefuik looks a real player. Absolutely electric and powerful. Looking forward to seeing much more of him.
Finally, Tony Mowbray, tactically out thought Chris Wilder and that is not easy to do.
The biggest result of the season and a real platform to continue building on.

I have a feeling Harry Chapman is gonna make a sensational appearance tonight.

I'm fearing the worst tonight, so with that in mind I can see us winning 2-1. Time for the lucky pants and shirt to come out.

Which utterly brilliant manager will we be delighted to welcome next?

I really don't understand why so many of you feel the need to argue and belittle Chaddy so much.
The points that he is making are valid, and this whole forum is here for people to voice their opinions.
I have it in good authority that interviews have taken place. That we are looking to make a significant appointment that most of us will be pleased with. Cut him some slack guys, he's just one of us at the end of the day.
