Poor substitution from JDT once again...Dack has been playing excellently this half. He was having his best period of the game. Seems like he'd decided to take off Dack on the 60 mark whatever happened.
We're suddenly under the cosh too now after the subs...

Winning away from home at the pre-season favourites to win the league...clean sheet too...
It's only one half but that's the kind of response we needed after Burnley/PNE...

Buckley's been having his best game so far for some time, to be fair...

Not used the app before, but good to know. Is it just ‘RoversTV’ or something?
If you type in Rovers when you search in the App Store/Google Play...it'll be the option with the Rovers badge. Then sign in as you would normally do so on the website.

Thought he did very well. Held them up long enough so that he wasn’t the last man then took him out. Sensible play from an experienced player.
I agree, he did very well...after Morton left the defence right in it. That said, my point was more along the lines of how refs have given reds before in that scenario...

Aye, I just wonder if they’ve tweaked the settings for whatever reason and we’re not able to watch Sky games now.
Only available if in one of these countries - https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2022/december/17/roverstv-availability-this-evening/
It's not working on the computer, had to login to the app on the iPad to watch it...even there, I have to watch it in the thumbnail option (about a fifth of the screen) because when I make it full screen then it's blocked out by an advert for half-season tickets!
Usual shambles really, but ah...what can you do?

Bloody hell...got away with one there Ayala...

RoversTV is available on the IPad but not the computer for some reason. Try to go through the app on mobile/ipad if struggling...

Anybody abroad had any luck with RoversTV? Woke up in the middle of the night to watch this as Rovers.co.uk said it'd be on...

Yes I can’t watch. Any ways to get around this?
No idea, says on the website that the country I am in will have access, but there's no button like usual on the match page.

I’m surprised by the general outrage to be honest, this side is worse than last seasons, the manager was 5/6th choice and he was given no money to spend in the grand scheme of things.
Getting our backsides handed to us by our two nearest rivals will do that to be fair...

Preston boss Ryan Lowe:
"The game plan worked to a tee, stuff we've been working on. I thought in possession and out of possession we were fantastic."
- Says it all...they knew we'd knock about in around our own box and all they had to do was maintain a high press. It meant that the best Preston attackers today were the Kaminiski and the Rovers defenders...
The final score today was JDT 1 Ryan Lowe 4.
Plan B needed urgently before we tumble down the table as fast as you can say "Stop buggering around with it at the back, lads..."

JDT was given an absolute schooling today by his opposite number. Burnley and PNE have shown the way to neutralise our Plan A...do we have a Plan B? Hard to believe we started the game in third place.

It's a humiliation now.

Why make two subs right after we score?

Somehow, out of nowhere...Dack Scores!!!

Preston look up for it. We don't.
We need to wake up...and quick.

Is Markanday injured. Seems to have slipped out of the reckoning. So much promise as this article shows
Would be nice to see more of Dack and Markanday around the team, it's a long old season in the championship, injuries happen and we'll likely need to count on them (or at least one of them) at some stage.
It'd also be a motivating factor in that doing well in cup games can lead to making the league squad, too.

Half a season and we're in third place, just two points off the automatic promotion places. Add in a cup run including a victory away at Premier League opposition and...
It's been a fantastic start for JDT. I doubt a single poster predicted us to be so high up the league at the half-way stage.
