Its just all clicking into a place, a team that to a man is playing with confidence and at the top of their game.

Mowbray tried the three centre halves a few times previously and it didnt work, he's stuck with his beliefs and now not only is it working, but has totally transformed the team.

Its beginning to feel a little bit special, with the postponed games today too, we've put some great daylight between us and 7th.

The manager, coaching staff and players deserve so much credit, they are giving us a team to be proud of, and have got so many of us dreaming of what could be?

What a great Xmas present 42 points, 3rd in the league, goal difference looking good and hopefully a few quid to spend in january given we didnt spend our budget in the summer.

Glen I think the difference is he’s had three settled centre half’s that have not been injured. Lenihan has grown into a top centre half and Wharton is going to be a real star. I hope he doesn’t do a Phil Jones. Van Hecke has really settled in after a couple of shit games.

Can we try and sign Van Hecke and Khadra in january?

Tell me why Brighton would sell two of their brightest young stars? Van Hecke starred in the Dutch first division last season and Khedra was seriously injured that’s why he’s here. Your living in crowd cuckoo land if you think we’ve a chance of signing these two lads.

swag has no idea and/or understanding of his target market, hence the to high walk on price and virtually no engagement with fans,i doubt he would listen to anyone either, all the guy needs to do is swallow his pride and ask a handful of fans why crowds are so low

I agree he seems to be the bottleneck, he and Mowbray have their ear but they don’t have any idea as a business how to effectively manage the club. While we are stable in the league and looking like we are moving forward they won’t pop the management team.

I was about to say precisely the same thing.

I am always bewildered at those people who want to credit Venkys for their investment and support and who then at the same time refer to our crowds and income as a reason why we should be grateful to Venkys.

Seemingly oblivious to the sustained relentless decline in our attendances over the last decade due to their management of the club and their employment of incompetents to run it.

It is their fault that we are now mixing with the likes of Luton, Preston and Peterborough on attendances when 5 years ago we were comfortably above them and 10 years ago we were getting 20,000 home fans on. Not natural, not inevitable. They have caused it.

Our poor gates are an asset to those who want to criticise Venkys, not to those who want to credit or defend them.

What can Venkeys do to address the situation, and don’t suggest selling up as that’s not going to happen. We need to tell Maggot what’s need to get the crowds in the ground.

We sat next to Felix’s mum and dad. The game was thoroughly enjoyable. We have some real prospects in this group. Citing, Pratt, Gamble, Wharton , Burns, Leonard, Baker. They all had good games. This was essentially  the u18’s. The future is certainly bright.

Bloody predictive text before any smart Alec’s reply

Samba said Blackburn was his home lol. Well, I won't ever forget how desperate he was to leave...Just saying...

We meet him in Quattro the day he signed, he was with his agent. He was a real gent, and my dad’s favourite. He could never get the hang of his name! You can’t believe how many odd looks we got when he shouted for “Sambo” 😂

Ah. I see. Venkys will sell Brockhall (Jack's last remaining legacy), build a new academy with new money and give the proceeds from the sale of Brockhall to BRFC!

Is that want you want me to believe?

If so, there is an historic bridge across the Thames in the centre of London which I own. I would be happy to sell it to you for half its real cost as I need the money urgently to finance a new venture. Cash only mind!

how much is it on the market for? I can raid my piggy bank I’ve got £10 15s 11d. Is that enough?

They've had 11 years to invest. The only thing I can see them doing is stripping as much money out of the club as they can if we go up.

What evidence do you have. None that I see in the published accounts.

I don't get this .Does anyone else? If you asked Rovers supporters "What does the club need most right now?" how many would reply "a new academy?"!!

What we need now is promotion, so, owners, concentrate on doing what we need to achieve that and then think about infrastructure after that. Multi-millions on a new academy but can't find a few thousand quid to keep the likes of Rothwell and Lenihan?

Illustrates to me that the owners have learned nothing at all in more than a decade.

Yet apparently this announcements will set our collective hearts afluttering!

Absolute load of bollocks. Just confirms how nuts they are.( If true of course.)

Effective business is gaining the most advantage from the resources available to you.
