Once again we outplayed a top team Ipwich for around about 70 minutes last Saturday, but once again failed to put the ball in the back of the net. If we don't start scoring goals soon, Rovers will become a decent team playing league 1 football. My prediction Sunderland 0 Rovers 2. Wishful thinking !!

My first Rovers game for a long time
Living up in North East and having a young family means not many opportunities
Even though we're abysmal at present I'm still looking forward to it
Got to move away from back 5 now. We are massively missing Tronstad I think, need someone to win the ball back

Can't be with an overdose of putting the ball in the back of the net.

I would put flowers in goal Hendry, batty, shearer etc, to many rovers supporters are still living in 1995, there shite are the comments I read from time to time about the current squad. It's 2024 and we're a club in debt with problems.

Boro will be cheering up after a dismal run, when we visit next Saturday.

Why was McFadz clapped off for a daft red
Anyone reading into Sammy doing his own lap of honour solo then going down the tunnels solo
Because it was never a red card in a month of Sundays.

If it wasn't for a very soft red card decision, Rovers would have took the 3pts. What have referees got against Blackburn Rovers, they always seem to side with the visitors. One good thing Sam Szchmodics on target again. I can't believe Tyrys Dolan was on the bench, he's one of our best players this season.

Once again John Eustace says the Plymouth game is not a must win game in the Lancs Telegraph, when is it going to be a must win game when we're relegated to league 1. It's time this spineless excuse for Blackburn Rovers players rolled up their sleeves and said enough enough let's win a game at home.

I have been reading some of the comments on the Swansea game, were shite were going down put up the white flag. Instead of putting the manager and team down, we should all get behind them and cheer them on to victory against Millwall and Plymouth at home. Never say die till the last ball of the season has been kicked.

Over 3000 Stokies are coming tomorrow. That might help pay for the Rovers contingent to fly to America to agree a pre contract with Orlando after the McGuire fiasco.
We could do with Blackburn Rovers supporters turning up in large numbers to cheer Rovers on under the new manager.

New manager in place John Eustace, new hope.

Fleck over Garrett and we have ourselves a serious relegation battling side
How about playing 11 lads from the fox and hounds, they can't do much worse under jdt at the moment.

Yes because jdt is the real problem here
If he hangs around much longer we will be playing league 1 football. His tactics and formations don't work with this Blackburn Rovers team, and he's to stubborn to change them. The facts are plain to see, we started off beating the likes of W.B.A. and Watford and lying in 7th place just outside the top 6, were now 5pts off the drop zone losing to the likes of q.p.r. and company.
-
Strong rumours have it that JDT will leave the club before the Stoke City fixture. I say good news, his formations and tactics have plummeted Rovers down the table into a relegation battle. Some will disagree, we have had fantastic wins against Cambridge and Wrexham in the FA Cup.
-
We're getting sucked into a relegation battle we don't need, unless we end this dismal run the unthinkable might happen . My verdict dreadful performance. There was no hunger or will to win, Stoke will be rubbing there hands for the midweek fixture against Rovers. We're good at giving teams who are on a dismal run a helping hand with 3 easy points.
-
We have just sold Adam Wharton to Crystal Palace for £18,000,000, we should be looking in the transfer market to the last possible moment looking to strengthen the Rovers squad, and putting a decent run together to get in a respectable position in the Championship. My prediction 3-0 Rovers.

Telovic ?
Spelling wasn't my best subject.

Another 2 from. Schmodics one for Gallagher and telovic, through to the 5th round for a money spinner against Newcastle. The important thing is we keep this win in mind going into the two home championship matches coming up, and end our dismal run.
-
A good cup run is good for the club financially, but the main thing is getting back on track in the Champi, onship. We don't want to get sucked into a relegation battle. Teams expect to beat you near the bottom of the league. I will be there tomorrow hoping we make it into the 5th round, but we have a threadbare squad due to injuries, and we can't afford any more players injured.

The thing is inevitably you see light at the end of tunnel with the prospect of seemingly a fully fit squad and a few have come back in the last week or 2 but inevitably you will almost always have at least a couple of players unavailable and as some come back, 2 are out long term now. Im also not sure what the situation is with Hedges who seemed to be in line at one point to return before 2 or 3 of the recent returnees that have leapfrogged him.
We could do with signing another defender and a striker.

I normally say this on far different types of games, but for once don't fuck this up Rovers. They have only won 4 out of 13 games away from home, and got spanked at Stanley.
This reminds me a little bit of league one when we played Oldham and suddenly this major, heated Lancashire rivalry from the past resurfaced with frothing Oldham fans all over social media and a police escort to the ground.
I know this game isn't a rivalry but it's the same weird reaction from a nondescript fanbase (to us).
I got my ticket at Ewood today, let's hope we get into top gear and make it to the 5th round. it might boost the teams confidence for the up and coming Q.P.R. and Stoke games in the Championship. Great news Tyris Dolan wants to take part in Monday nights tie, we're beginning to get the injured back in contention.
-
We need to win this one to get a bit of confidence back, we have Q.P.R. and Stoke in the Championship after this one. At the start of the season we were blowing top 6 contenders away with some decent football. Let's get that self belief back and start winning games.

A nervy Rovers crowd doesn't help the cause, it must get through to Rovers players from time to time. Let's remain calm and hope Rovers dig us out of this hole we're being sucked into.
