  1. I would give BBD the Captains armband for Tomorrows game, with Travis suspended. He gets yellow carded far to often for my liking. A Captains supposed to show discipline and motivate the team when their heads are down.
  2. He might get something else from the crowd if Rovers lose.
  3. I think Hirst is just missing his first goal for Rovers, it took Hedges time to chalk up is 1st goal, and he's turned into a decent player.
  4. It's down to Tony Mowbrays era, we have talented youngsters from the academy now playing in the 1st team. I say a round of applause for Tony, but concentrate on Rovers taking the points afterwards.
  5. Tony Mowbray will get applause from me, then it's game on. A perfect opportunity for Rovers to cement their place in the top 6, with 2 home games. I am going 3-0 to Rovers.
  6. On the other hand not many teams have lost as many as Rovers, great result today breaking our hoodoo away from home. Lets hope we don't slip up at home after this result. We need to go on an unbeaten run like Burnley to get right in the mix for promotion contenders. I will be there Tuesday as usual come on the Rovers.
  7. Morton and Szmodic, 2 of Rovers best players at the moment. Sunderland won 2-1, sets it up nicely Tuesday for Tony Mowbrays return to Ewood.
  8. It wasn't Rovers at fault, their keeper made some fantastic saves to keep it at 0-2. What a World class save from Kaminski to keep it at 1-2. At last Rovers have broke their away hoodoo.
  9. Something for the travelling Rovers supporters to cheer about at last on the road. Why didn't we play big Sam against Wigan, contender for goal of the month his second.
  10. At the moment Blackburn Rovers are generous at giving struggling teams 3pts on the road. It's a total transformation away from home, giving the ball away, going a goal down and excepting defeat. At home we've played some fantastic football at times. JDT should make the team sit through a video of the defeats on the road 2 or 3 times over. Not good enough for the loyal away supporers who turn up.
  11. Somebody asked if there are any decent chippies anymore. There used to be one on every corner when I was a kid.
  12. I can't see were our next away points are coming from at the moment, we go behind heads down and accept defeat. A totally different story at home plenty of attacking spirit. We can't depend on our home form till the end of the season, not many teams win all their home games. Come on Rovers wake up away from home.
  13. With the squad we have i reckon 4-4-2 suits us. It worked well against Rotherham.
  14. Let's not take Tony Mowbrays name in vain, it might come back to haunt us. There are next home fixture.
  15. BBD being interviewed said, I am happy to be here giving it my whole for Blackburn Rovers. Can only be good news for Rovers supporters.
  16. We have some really good talent at the moment. We just need to take our home form away with us.
  17. Don't forget JDT was in charge of a Swedish club, he's never been in the dug out in England before. The person who came up with the comment would probably be a silly bugger sitting in the dug out in Sweden, unless he speaks fluent Swedish.
  18. Good job JDTs in the dugout, he can count.
  19. A fantastic cross from Szmodics, pinpointed to perfection for BBDs 2nd and a sublime finish for the 3rd. With crosses like that it's a pity he can't play on the wing.
  20. I can recall a cloudy miserable day against Stockport County, with Mark Hughes in the dugout. I am not sure if either side got a shot on goal in a boring 0-0 draw.I think it was the year we were promoted back to the Premier League.
  21. True, still time to take our home form away with us.
  22. Great result yesterday, Morton fully deserved man of the match and another good performance from Ryan Hedges. Good to see BBD back among the goals and what a cool finish from Szmodics. Just one question ? why can't we take our home form away with us.
  23. Lets put Tuesday night behind us and cheer Rovers to victory tomorrow. Lets keep it fortress Ewood.
  24. It was a poor performance Tuesday night, you can understand the travelling supporters disappointment. Lets hope Rovers put things right tomorrow and show the supporters a decent performance.
  25. Most games I have been to at Ewood haven't been crap, unlike the throw in the towel and take it up the backside brigade I will be there as usual tomorrow. We need to give JDT time and space. A certain Alex Ferguson was on the brink of the sack at Old Trafford in his first season, the rest is history. I am not comparing JDT with Alex Ferguson but give him time, Rome wasn't built in a day.
