  1. Can we get local media on this - they will undoubtedly have no idea....
  2. Any tiny chance, even a glimmer of hope that this significant cut costing, removing big wages, not appointing a CEO yet, etc is all part of preparing the club for a sale?! Close your eyes and imagine the day.....
  3. Hyam won't be sold today- it's just to tell him they want him in Jan.
  4. Feel like getting Browne would really lift the mood...
  5. This is actually a joke. There is nothing but negativity spewing out from the club. Weโ€™re in big trouble
  6. Commercially this could be interesting with Rovers having 2 Japanese internationals in the squad...
  7. A striker is actually critical. Ohashi is good, will get goals as will Gueye but not as many but we need more. If one is injured, we're in big trouble.
  8. So winger is experienced and from abroad according to Nixon.
  9. And none of the ยฃ3.5M will be used for transfers. The (sensible model) of buying cheap and selling at top price only works if reinvested into playing squad. We never do. As fans, we shouldn't be happy if any of our first team go, regardless of price...
  10. Can't wait for this exciting summer to start...
  11. I'm concerned about goals. 14 goals gone - we need a striker. Would take experience.
  12. One major trend every season is that we always have a sustained slump of games in the second half. This is down to having a poor squad - as soon as injuries hit, we can't replace with any quality (coupled with poor January transfer windows). We need a better bench.
  13. Who is the 'expensive winger' that Nixon is referring to?
  14. Transfer-related and seemingly a very simple solution to elite clubs poaching talent from strong academies: if a youngster spends 5+ years in a specific club academy, that academy should automatically retain a 10% clause on all the playerโ€™s future transfers. This would turbocharge grassroots recruitment and ensure genuine benefits for clubs that invest in developing young talent. One for the new regulator to ponder?
  15. Qatar SC is owned by the Qatari government through Qatar Sports Investments (QSi). QSi is a Qatari-government operated shareholding organization and a subsidiary of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), the state-run sovereign-wealth fundโ€ฆโ€ฆ
  16. I feel this is absolutely crucial. We need to push this hard. Pasha and Waggot said in their media video (when asked by Andy Bayes) that any credible offers would be presented to Venkys. Therefore, it is imperative that we are told what happened to these offers. If rejected, why. Wrong price? Wrong buyer? Silence will again provide fans with yet more ammo.
  17. Could you confirm what type of buyers enquired as mentioned by Mike in his speech? Were they individuals, corporates or consortiums?
  18. Not the point. If he or anyone does enquire and there is no answer, more fuel to the protest group against Pasha. You said you would take credible offers to Venkysโ€ฆ
  19. Can John Textor please enquire about Blackburn?
  20. Love to know what it's like for your club to achieve
