As much as Kargbo isn’t a mouth watering signing he wouldn’t be a ‘for the sake of it’ signing we were close to getting him in the summer meaning he’s been on the radar for a while as mentioned the other day best judged on performance here - could play well with better players (personally think cantwell needs someone who has the pace to run behind) alternatively he could be a bust like most/transfers my main issue with it is that it seems to be a Rudy driven transfer and from the outset Iv said I don’t like that recruitment set up in beyond the point of anger now more just logging in and checking in hope that the big man upstairs has listened to my prayers lol

They would sell we would be bought and things would look a lot better from there

‘To date’ being the key words - other people have different opinions on the success and failure in windows mine and many other are that we have pretty much sacrificed 3 games which isn’t acceptable

If I thought the pears money would be reinvested it wouldn’t overly bother me I don’t think he’s as poor as people make out but at the same time imo he’s not promotion chasing calibre but we won’t reinvest

If the window to this date hasn’t been a failure as you stated what has it been? Because something that’s not a failure tends to mean it’s a success or working as expected

Yous re missing the point it’s not about agreeing or disagreeing - if you think we haven’t failed in this window already that’s on you played 4 games (1 was a refix they wouldn’t have been prepared for) 3/12 points with a depleted squad ACD certainly hasn’t been breathtaking but he still adds more than most other players in that position that we have and as pointed out has done more than hedges didnt say the fella was a novice I said Eustace wanted experience something you have on numerous times relayed in this forum - and to add to this the main part was we aren’t competing with Leeds Luton etc a point you conveniently dismissed and we do know why there’s no money being provided the answers are there for all to see - complete lack of ambition or care from the club it isn’t a coincidence that each of the last 3 seasons or so when we have been in a really good position come Jan everything just stops its right infront of us all to see

Missing the point entirely we haven’t been able to get our priority targets in with 26 days gone your talking about cancelling a loan for a player who’s probably just settling in to trust our recruitment team to get another one in - when they haven’t even addressed the main issues already brave man as for the striker I agree - but we won’t compete with Leeds/luton plus didn’t you say Eustace wanted experience? also Rudy is done for me already hopefully we do get some good additions and happily cheer and support them but it’s near too late already 3/12 points form a decent set of fixtures and in 2/3 games those priority signings could have been the difference unforgivable

You would think so but it’s a money game and if Stoke say we’ll pay 10% extra rovers certainly won’t get into a bidding war they will drop out straight away

Yes I agree I think cantwell will benefit massively from some pace in the team
